I had a flat tire that was in a parking lot nearby and out of the goodness of their hearts and the goodness of Ivy's heart, they came over and they helped me replace the tire and put together an awesome tire replacement quote and just provided amazing service. Buyer beware! Last time I went, they insisted that coolant flush was required as it would damage my car badly otherwise. Took the car home after oil change and coolant flush and brake pad replacement. Took it back the NEXT DAY. Because they didn't put less than minimum required amount of coolant. This is the last time at jiffy lube for oil changes. I've tried other locations. Each time, I would get a warning light. And after checking, it would show they put bare minimum. Sometimes less than. Amazing super quick with the service and where very kind and let me know eveything that needed to be done with my car

I wouldn't trust them. We were on a road trip and I had a dream that my brakes went out, so I set up a free brake check here. They checked the brakes and told me they were 3/32 which is pretty much the time to change them. They also told me that I needed new rotors. I decided to wait to have a family mechanic do the work. The mechanic who checked the brakes appeared frustrated when I asked him questions. When we returned home, our family mechanic checked the brakes and told me we had 60% left on them. He also did not tell me I needed new rotors. If you have them inspect anything, maybe ask to see for yourself. I read Jiffy Lube staff get commission on their work. That can incentivize such dishonest behavior. read more

Only one car in front of me. 2 hours later ask how much longer and said they had to order air filter should be here any time, 15 minutes later asked if they had it, they called and said it should be here any time. I strongly do not recommend coming to this location. I was quoted a price by Jamon D. on Tuesday to get my brake pads done. I came back two days later to have my car serviced at that price. After entering the lobby, an employee came to give me the quote for the brake pads. It was more than twice what I had been told before. I told them I would not like to have my car worked on, at which point they said they had already started working on the car...before I signed and agreed to any service at their asking price. The manager Jamon D. would not release my car back to me without paying for labor I had not authorized. The staff proceeded to hold my car for another 45 minutes, at which point I had to call the police to get my car back. They said they were going to take me to court for $150 in labor I did not authorize. They also failed to return my wheel key. read more

DESTROYED MY TRANSMISSION!!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING I recently went here for when I thought it was going to be a quick oil change. They came and told me that my transmission fluid was low and did I want it topped off. I said OK. Me and another guy were in the waiting room, so there were only two cars in the bay, but both of us were commenting how jiffy should not be in their name because it seemed to be taking them forever. They had a glass door so I kept looking out there and three maybe four mechanics kept running back-and-forth between both cars with one guy kind of pointing out things in between. They seemed to be completely lost and confused. I was getting extremely nervous because in 35 years of having cars, I've never seen anything quite like these mechanics running around looking like they were high and in capable of doing two simple oil changes. They came in and tried to sell the gentleman on a bunch of things that he didn't need either. After I left, finally hours later, I was driving up the street and my car slipped into another gear. I didn't think anything of it so I slipped it back in and drove home. About 10-15 miles later on another day I was driving down a hill going to a park with my daughter and puppy and the car slowed dangerously unable to maintain the speed we were at. I was barely able to get off the road into a parking lot safely. The transmission was completely shot. I called Jiffy Lube and they promised that any damage they did they would fix and to keep my receipts for that and rental car so that I can get reimbursed but that they had no one at the shop that day that could help me and I needed to call their corporate office on Monday After having it checked out at the dealership on Monday I called them back and confirmed to them that the transmission was now shot, and that I had spoken to four different transmission shops, and all of them said you do not top off transmission fluid when there's already transmission fluid in there because it makes it run hot and burn through the gears. He apologized for their mistake and told me to call the corporate so that I could get it handled but asked me to wait a few minutes so he could call them first. I did and they never called me back so after hours of waiting, I called him back and he said they would handle it. I asked him if he had spoken to them, and he said yes, after having lied to me before and saying that they would not be in until late that Evening and I should wait till then. Finally, I did get a a hold of corporate, and the non- gentleman started by screaming at me in a threatening tone and volume saying "I don't know who told you. We are responsible but we're not and we're not paying for anything" I explained to him that they said they would take responsibility and he said it wasn't his fault and that they do thousands of these and they've never had any problems. As I can see by all of these one star review with complaints obviously they have a lot of problems. Not the least of which is that they are having people work on cars that don't know what they are doing and destroying those cars in the process. Great experience! We were traveling today and had low tire pressure. We did not have a tire gauge and were concerned that we may have needed a replacement. We pulled into Jiffy Lube where we were immediately greeted before even able to park. A technician, I believe his name was Connor, aired our tires and advised us to keep an eye on one of them in particular. For two females with little knowledge about vehicles, they could have easily convinced us to spend money on unnecessary services. They were honest and the customer service was great. I needed a oil chage today so I searched an oil change place that might be open today Saturday, I only had today to get it done I was leaving town again early on Monday for work out of town. Jiffy Lube web site as well as the phone message stated that no appointment needed and it is first come first serve. I went to the Spanish Fork Jiffy Lube and pulled in line right behind a F150 that had just pulled in to the only bay that was open. The manager came out directly and took my information and told me it would be a 45 minute wait and then 15 minutes for the service. I felt that was fair. Until after sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour and then to get up and look out to see where my truck was and they had moved it and placed two vehicles in front of my truck without an explanation. I consider myself a patient person, I decided to just walk out and leave. I never leave feed back ever. but I was so mad when the workers inside the building treated me so badly as I was leaving I still can not belive it. Any way I would not recomend going to this Jiffy Lube and will abviously never go back. I will wait until next weekend and take it to my regular mechanic. I will also note that the manager was not to be found and there was four I repeat four workers to change the oil on one F150 pickup took a fullhour to do. Still is unbelivable. read more

This was by far the slowest Auto Service location I have ever been to. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to fix one small rock chip in my windshield. There was only one other car in the bay the whole time, with three employees walking around clueless of what to do. I do give it two stars because the employees were actually very kind . read more

The most incompetent mechanics in Utah valley if not all of Utah, go here if you want to stay for 4 hours for simple fixes and not even be able to leave because they left your car unable to drive. We went for simple brake exchange, $250 and 4 hours later it's finished but we can't drive it away due to the brake fluid leaking. Went back in to see why and they said they would check but were unable to fix it and only checked it for 20 minutes total. They told us they weren't liable and we we're screwed and needed to get it towed to a MECHANIC. If we needed to get a mechanic to fix it then what are jiffy lube workers? Definitely not mechanics. Refused to reimburse us for what we paid for and the damage they caused to the truck. And who knows how much more we will have to pay a real mechanic to fix the issue that they caused yet say they aren't liable. How can people (especially auto places) treat other people this way and say I'm not liable and leave you stranded there without trying to even help you find a way to leave or fix your car. Absolutely disgusted with the service. This isn't the first time we have gone here and had nothing but issues we should've known to stay away that time. My wife went in to have the oil changed in her car. After the normal hard sell for all kinds of things no one needs, they claimed to have changed the oil. The problem is that they never put oil back into the engine. They started the car and let it run for more than five minutes until my wife got in and realized that the horrible sound was not normal. She shut it off and went back in to tell them and they accused her of lying. Sure enough the oil pan was nearly dry. The manager on duty, Cam Tetrick was rude and refused to do anything other than put the oil in we had already paid for. This type of business practice is unacceptable in any industry. I went to this Jiffy Lube after I was told by The Springville Jiffy Lube employee that they don't take Coupons. I was greeted by very a friendly Assistant Manager Brett, I showed him I had a coupon for an oil change, he was very understanding that I was on a very tight budget. Bunch of idiot kids running this place. After service the manager told me there was a bolt missing from my skid plate. I've never had problems with it before, and they're the only ones that ever remove the skid plate to change the oil. I thought, "oh well, I'll check it when I get home." I leave the place and the skid plate basically falls right off. There wasn't one missing bolt, there were two! Both front bolts! So I essentially have a scoop hanging off of my car. Jiffy Lube has lost my business. If your team is so stupid that they lose a bolt and then can't even count how many they've lost, they shouldn't be in the business. read more

Not often a place makes me mad. This one did. Every time I drive by I want to honk and give them the thumbs down. Went for a routine oil change. They told me that I needed a new air filter. I (not knowing much about cars) said to replace it. The price was pretty high like $60. I thought maybe the part was pricy. I started thinking that was a little high. I googled the part and found it was $12 for 2! I was not happy. They do a great job changing oil but be CAREFUL. They will charge you outrageous prices for other repairs. read more

Jiffy Lube has a reputation for taking advantage of you. I sent my wife here in hopes that since they recently franchised with JiffyLube they would be different. They are not. I sent my wife there to get safety/emissions and in Utah county there is a legal limit to how much they can charge for your safety (currently $15) but not for emissions (though every place charges about $25). They charged my wife $35 for emissions and told her they would get her a windshield wiper blade (which was actually needed) for $14. They ended up charging her $21.99 for it. There are about 3 other places within a quarter mile of them - we won't be going back. Ever. read more

I felt attacked! Been going here for years and NEVER been treated this way before! I had Jiffy Lube change both my O2 censors and my catalytic converter (twice) this year. My engine light kept coming on and they said it must be bad parts and they would get back to me (for 3 weeks). Finally I brought it in and they said they would fix it for me the next morning at 9am. I left it with them for the slotted one hour. I walked around since I had no other ride. I came back to find it had not been worked on yet. When I asked why, the manager Brian said that there were others ahead of me. I stated that there were no vehicles there when I dropped it off. He said that I could wait or go somewhere else. I explained that it was under warranty and still wanted it done. He said that it wasn't and went on to say that they did not do any of my work. When I said that they had done all of my work, he got in my face and yelled at me saying that it was not in the computer and for me to prove it. I pulled out the paper of their past work from my purse. He said that it didn't prove anything and that I'd better not give him lip or he wouldn't do my car. I felt very threatened, told him that I didn't want to fight, and asked him to finish my car. He said he wasn't sure when he would get to it. I left, on foot, and walked home (I am 47 and it's the middle of July) which took me about 40 minutes. I was too afraid to go back in there, so my adult boys went in to get my car. Hopefully the manager didn't mess with it. Verbally abusive manager!!! No one should be allowed to threaten a customer that way! read more

I went in to get a simple tire rotation on my car got headed down the road and my back passenger tire was making weird noises so I stopped ant looked at it they didn't even attempt to tighten the lug nuts down the tire was about to fall off literally so I had to tighten it my self in the Costco parking lot they never balanced the tires so the care shook in the steering too so I took it to big o tires they balanced them for FREE and pointed out The tires were wearing funny and hooked me up with new tires for a decent price so don't waste time at money at jiffy lube they don't know what there doing go to BIG O or some one else it will pay off in the end I promise! read more

I have had bad experiences with jiffy lube in the past but thought I would give them a second chance. I went to get a safety inspection on my truck and they failed it for a bad parking brake, no problem here, the brake really was bad and should not have passed. The issue came up on my return visit after I had adjusted the parking brake so it worked fine (which I later verfied at another inspection station). He said the truck should not be able to move at all with the parking brake on, which is not realistic for a diesel truck with granny gear, or required by the state for inspection. The most troubling part is after trying to camly work through it with them the only response I got was "I don't know what to tell you". bottom line I wont be going there again. read more

My wife had them do inspection/emissions. They made her wait for 3 hours and then told he that all of the brakes were shot and they could fix them for $400.00. She called me and I told her I would take care of it. That Weekend I replaced all of the brake pads. They had said the rear pads were metal on metal. When I took the pads off they still had 5/32" left. You only need 2/32' to pass. They were flat out lying. I have a call in to the highway patrol. They are going to check out the pads tomorrow. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!! YOU WILL BE SCREWED OVER!!!!! We went to get a Safety Inspection and Emissions Test. They told us the rotors needed replacing and wouldn't pass the inspection. Then they quickly tried to sell us their service to replace the rotors and gave us an estimate. We usually go to Les Schwab for tires and brakes, so we declined and took it to Les Schwab to replace the rotors. Les Schwab said they didn't know why the inspection didn't pass. The rotors were fine and they didn't need to be replaced. (Thank you to Les Schwab for being honest and not making us pay something we didn't need). So we returned to Jiffy Lube with the note from Les Schwab that had the exact measurements. Jiffy Lube still declined it and gave an outrageous reading that was WAY off of Les Schwab's reading. They still wouldn't pass the inspection. So we took it to In & Out Emissions and Safety Inspections in Spanish Fork. They did the inspection and said we passed but then asked if we took it somewhere else because the records showed that we might be hiding something. We explained our situation. They said that Jiffy Lube's measurements were totally off of his measurements. However, they couldn't give us the safety inspection sticker because we had to wait 15 days from the first time we got declined at Jiffy Lube. So we have to take the car back to In & Out later. In & Out was extremely helpful and they ONLY do safety inspections and emissions, not repairs. So they won't try to get you to do repairs with them. DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!!!!
