They are always honest about their pricing, even when it is higher than other garages in the area. They have explained to me why they would charge what they do, and if I can't afford that, where to go for cheaper service. Because of their honesty on that front, I trust their judgment and pay them more. So heads up, service may cost more here, but I felt like they were honest with why.

Then to not have the vehicle fixed with NO warranty's just days after. Motor work! The service guys were rude and disregarding. No loaner cars, and my car was there for 5 months! Nothing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable Jeep service, tire sensor…read morereplacement, or honest customer support. I bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator from this dealership and immediately ran into problems caused by their service department. They swapped the tires from my old Jeep onto the new Gladiator, but kept the incompatible TPMS tire sensors that don't work with a 2025 model. I contacted the dealership to get the tire pressure sensors replaced, since the issue was clearly caused by their mistake of not moving the new sensors to the new vehicle. Instead of fixing it properly, I was told I would have to pay over $800 to replace sensors and rebalance the wheels -- for a problem that should have been handled before delivery. To make matters worse, they removed 2025 TPMS sensors and left the 2021 sensors, and that's why the wheel balancing is now off as well, creating additional issues that never should have existed on a new vehicle purchase. This is poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero accountability from the Jeep service department. Buying a new vehicle should not come with avoidable repair costs caused by dealership errors.

My fiancé and I were on a road trip from Minnesota to Utah, our Jeep went into limp mode near Payson, Utah and we looked for the best place to bring it to near us and Payson Auto Care had great reviews. He was fully booked when we called but still told us to bring our vehicle in, scanned our car right away so we knew what to expect and helped us to get back on the road within a few hours. They had a small waiting area that was very clean with some chairs, TV and a bathroom! We also got some great recommendations that we could walk to nearby while we waited. The cost of our repair and labor was very reasonable and everyone was so helpful the whole way through. Thank you to Sean Pickup and his team for helping us get back to Minnesota safe and sound!
