However a man named Chris made my elderly mother feel very uncomfortable. He ignored my mother and helped every person behind my mother. It was very clear which people he chose to help instead of my mom. Once he did speak to my mom, he seemed like she was bothering him. She was so upset she went to her car crying. My mother ended up receiving help from a wonderful young man. My mom ended up spending a nice amount of money and the young man made a nice sale!

The license plate on my rental car was literally hanging on by a turn of ONE screw. Stopped in for…read moresome help. He came out, took a look at the situation, and said, "I'll be right back". Came back and tried a screw he thought would work. Then he discovered the whole mounting bracket was very loose. He went back inside and came back just a couple of minutes later. Within 5 minutes he had tightened the bracket, tightened the original loose screw, and found a properly sized screw to replace the missing screw. AND he did it all for no charge! I gave him a little something anyway primarily because of his attitude and courtesy. I don't live near this store at all, but if I did, this would be my "go to" auto parts store!!
