They rebalanced my new tires and did alignment. A week after a trip through the mountain towing a 36ft camper, a bad vibration starts. I pull the LF wheel and all but 1 lugnuts are loose and one was broke off. I feel like 2 were tightened and when 2nd broke the vibration started. Do not take your vehicles there. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. These guys are trial and error. They try something, charge you for it and that doesn't fix it, they'll try something else. I chose Motorsports because I thought they were German car experts and would test and analyze the problem and fix it, not TRY to fix it. Had the same experience last year with the air conditioner. They fixed it to where it would blow cold INTERMITTENTLY, so I guess it's better than it was. Both times they wanted me to bring my car "back in" so they could work on it some more. I can't keep living without my car and having to take an Uber back and forth. Asked for a refund even though I knew that wasn't going to happen. Very disappointed and displeased.

We googled closest tire repair shops and thankfully found this one. The guys there checked the pressure in all four tires and found a piece of plastic that was piercing one of them. They patched the tire at a very reasonable price and we were back on the road in no time. They were super nice and friendly and put our minds at ease that we could continue our trip and then head back home to Illinois - which we did - without further problems. They could have easily taken advantage of two women who aren't very knowledgeable about cars and screwed us around for hours or they could have charged a very high fee for their services. They did neither and we are grateful. While we waited for the repair we had a great conversation with the woman in the office who shared stories and pictures of the recent flood in KY. Truly wonderful, down to earth people at this place. I highly recommend this business.
