When it got close to the event the dealership was wondering if I was coming to ride their beautiful area. With the time already off I loaded up the bike last minute and took a long slow ride to Lexington. The next day I went to the dealership to get mine standard gear a shirt and some chips. I was greeted by the staff. At the front desk was Laura who provided me with ride maps for the area. From there to the service desk and purchased hardware. Cameron found what I needed and sent me on my way. Finally it was shirts and poker chips where Katrina help me find the shirt with the dealership logo I wanted. Hopefully Harley Davidson is willing to give them a chance next year to host the rally. If not me and my pals will be spending our week in Lexington. Hopefully the bourbon distilleries will be having tours. If not riding the Eye of the Dragon and some of the other rides planned by The dealership will make our visit worth it. This is what a dealership should feel like when you enter their establishment. I wasn't buying a bike or spend big money on gear or upgrades. But I was made to feel like I'm a their most important customer while they are waiting on me.

Called em up to find out why. Was told that the bike was gaining alot of interest and they put a tire a battery and flushed the brake fluid. Not 2k worth of work to me but whatever. Sales manager Larry refused to work with me. Evem after i told them inwas working on getting more for the downpayment. Total piece of work. After the reviews I read about how the employees are treated I hope this dealer goes under.

They…read morewere called many times, starting in the last week of April, to ask when the bike would be ready. "Two weeks" was the repeated answer. There were a lot of bikes, in the repair shop, when it was dropped off, so they were busy. In August, the wait was too much and the decision was made to just go get the bike. First, when told the charge for the carbs and tires were more than the price paid for the bike, one guy laughed and said that it made them the majority stock holder. To top it off, it was wheeled in, with 6,878 miles. On the day it was retrieved, it had over 10, 000 miles on it.

Bike was in their possession for 4 months while they guessed what was wrong with it. They where just throwing parts at it. Mind you I didn't care about that part, seeing as the bike was under warranty, but I did have an issue with the turn around time. I picked up my bike from the dealer. The next day they closed their doors permanently. Bike ran fine for 2 days and then started acting stupid again. I was lucky enough to trade the bike in for a 2025 Honda Goldwing DCT. I will never buy another Indian again or any American made motorcycle. Dealer net work is thin, techs have hardly any clue, and the companies future honestly is a toss up ever since Polaris sold Indian.

These guys know what there doing! I brought my expedition in for a vibration that started when i…read moreinstalled some new tires and wheels. I brought the truck in at 9am for. Wheel balance to try and fix the vibration that I have been having while driving. After a bit of inspecting the the components on the new wheel equipment I had installed the mechanic found that the front wheel studs were protruding past my wheel spacers causing the wheel to not seat correctly to the wheel spacers. Great find Guys! The mechanic cleaned up the damage on the right front wheel, ground down the wheel studs that were causing the problems, then balanced my tires! Outstanding job well done! I recommend these guys for your wheel and tire needs. Also, the staff are easy to talk to, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks Steve for all the great work!
