PLEASE READ Let me preface this by saying I've never written…read morea bad review like this in my life, but Michael, Doug, and their store manager and regional manager Mike McCalla have earned it. On Mother's Day, my pregnant wife was stranded on the interstate with no brakes and this store was only 1 mile away. Had I known what a disaster this company would be, I would have had my car shipped somewhere else to have the brakes fixed. They first told us our master brake cylinder went out, and it would be $1,200 after parts and labor. Ouch, but that's life. A few days later they call us to say "Actually the brake booster needs replaced, that'll be another $1,000". I start to question if they have any clue what's actually wrong with the car until they call me a THIRD time to say "Those new parts fried your vacuum pump, that'll be another $1,000 to replace that"... At this point I'm certain they're just shooting at the wind, clueless as to what really needed fixed to begin with, and I'm stuck paying $3,300 ($200 less than what they wanted to charge, and I tirelessly negotiated for) They had my car FOR 12 DAYS before my father in law comes to pick it up for me. For me to find that: 1. The air intake on my turbo charged vehicle was not resecured, which is incredibly dangerous! 2. The black plastic cowling cover under the windshield had been busted up on the corners and was not properly reattached. This turned my car from gorgeous to loooking like absolute trash. 3. The left windshield wiper arm goes flying off the vehicle in the pouring rain on the interstate, I'm surprised nobody is dead after that. 4. The left windshield wiper motor is not rotating anymore. 5. The brake lights are now constantly on as if we're riding the brakes. After jeopordizing my pregnant wife's safety and trashing our car Mike McCalla, the regional manager, asked us if we'd like $30 off our next oil change... To get any service beyond this I have had to take time out of my day, every day for 3 days now, to cattle-prod Mike McCalla to make things right. Time will tell how Jiffy Lube will rectify their shameful service...

Recommendations are always made from the employees; and honest communication on what I need right now and don't need, is something that you don't get from every company out there. I brought my Chevy Cruze in last week; and some of the things that they recommended, I took them up on it. Unfortunately, some didn't work. One of our tires, the lug nut to undo to balance the tires, wouldn't budge; so they suggested I take it to another shop to have that fixed and replaced. The manager found a nail in one of my tires and told me my tire was down to 10 lbs. He kindly took pictures for me. I had taken it to other places; because I knew something was wrong with the tire, and no one ever found anything. SHOUT OUT to the Manager for catching the one thing no one else could!! After the oil change and the Fuel System Modern Engine on my Honda CR-V, I was on my way home. Unfortunately, as I continued down the road, it was hard for me to accelerate; and I couldn't go past 3,000 RPM's because my car would slow down severely. I went back to Valvoline and shared my concerns. Mason came and looked at everything and just had me pull in front of their doors and helped me figure it out. Went back home and on the highway and everything was fine. Mason and the manager were helpful through it all! I will ALWAYS come back here!!

They ordered a…read moretire for me yesterday, and tried their best to get it put on but my rim was bent and they couldn't get it to hold air while it was on. Chris got me the information for a place to fix my rim which I'm having done Friday morning, then going back to them afterwards to have the tire put on and balanced. I had a slight break down in the store this morning, and Chris was really great helping me and helping to calm me down (I have severe ptsd and anxiety/panic disorder). I just really cant express how thankful I am to all of them at the Georgetown location. They were all friendly and professional, and made me feel really comfortable while I was there. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs any work done on their vehicles.

Ken Towery's took really good care of me and said it was not a problem to fix. Today I came in and stated that I think there was something wrong with one of my tires; because my tire light came on but I had no idea what it was. They then proceeded to show the wire that was in my tire and asked if I had a warranty with them with Sam's Club. I stated that I did; and they said that perhaps they can fix it for me under the warranty. Every single time, I felt like I was treated like family. Chris was so kind and he's always got a smile on his face. I will continue to come back to Ken Towery's in Georgetown, KY for all of my needs.

I picked up car after "repairs" were complete- drove about a mile and engine light came on. Went back and they cleared the error with a scanner. By the time I got home engine light was on again and oil was leaking badly. I waited a day and "low oil" light came on. KD charged me $780.00 for repair and oil change- how could Tiguan be a quart low? Bottom line, I don't think they knew how to repair VW's. They offered to look at car again. Nice people, friendly but not qualified. Tiguan at VW dealer getting repaired- where it should be. Cannot recommend.

The next time I went back for an oil change. I let the guy know Again very politely that last time he didn't put my clips in and caused a problem. I drove about 2 days and noticed oil on the back of my car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I jacked the car up and not only did he not put all the clips in but there is a pin hole in my oil filter. oil went all of the car and the engine could now be potentially hurt. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
