Today I went to get my car checked out for a right headlight that was out. When I received my car…read moreback, I found that the left blinker was going faster than usual on my dashboard. I ended up looking the cause up on my phone and there were two factors: 1.) the light may not be hooked up properly or 2.) the bulb was burned out. I ended up calling this location and they stated they would look at it and if the bulb burned out, they would replace it, no charge. I ended up taking it back today and they replaced it, but stated that the bulb had burned out. So my line of thinking is that if this morning they had replaced my headlight and I know that my car is an old model; a mechanic would look at the left light to compare the wiring (if they did not know how to replace the other headlight). When this happened, they might have forgotten to connect the blinking light bulb. When I had taken it back, I was met by a manager and two techs, one whom had replaced one of my headlights before. I am glad that they had taken the time out of their busy schedule (because there were a lot of cars needing attention to fix this issue). I ended up finding out it was a burnt out bulb; however, I found it a bit odd how it could have burned out the around the time my right headlight burned out and on the same EXACT day that I had taken my right headlight to be fixed. I must be one really unlucky driver. I will never know because I cannot go into the garage when mechanics are working nor can I see video evidence in the garage of how mechanics are fixing my car. I feel like the onus is always on the customer; however, at least it is fixed now. I like to think of this as a contribution to society. Because it was fixed, no matter the issue, other drivers on the road will know when I am making my left turn. This will save more lives, which is more important than $100 worth of labor and parts. Issue #2 - after the tires were balanced (which you pay for on a new set of tires) and the truck was aligned allegedly the truck now pulls hard and the steering wheel is not straight. issue #3- started to smell a burning smell the technician/s working on my truck spilled oil and they attempted to wipe it up , but did not tell me about it. On Mother's Day, my pregnant wife was stranded on the interstate with no brakes and this store was only 1 mile away. Had I known what a disaster this company would be, I would have had my car shipped somewhere else to have the brakes fixed. They first told us our master brake cylinder went out, and it would be $1,200 after parts and labor. Ouch, but that's life. A few days later they call us to say "Actually the brake booster needs replaced, that'll be another $1,000". I start to question if they have any clue what's actually wrong with the car until they call me a THIRD time to say "Those new parts fried your vacuum pump, that'll be another $1,000 to replace that"... At this point I'm certain they're just shooting at the wind, clueless as to what really needed fixed to begin with, and I'm stuck paying $3,300 ($200 less than what they wanted to charge, and I tirelessly negotiated for) They had my car FOR 12 DAYS before my father in law comes to pick it up for me. For me to find that: 1. The air intake on my turbo charged vehicle was not resecured, which is incredibly dangerous! 2. The black plastic cowling cover under the windshield had been busted up on the corners and was not properly reattached. This turned my car from gorgeous to loooking like absolute trash. 3. The left windshield wiper arm goes flying off the vehicle in the pouring rain on the interstate, I'm surprised nobody is dead after that. 4. The left windshield wiper motor is not rotating anymore. 5. The brake lights are now constantly on as if we're riding the brakes. After jeopordizing my pregnant wife's safety and trashing our car Mike McCalla, the regional manager, asked us if we'd like $30 off our next oil change... To get any service beyond this I have had to take time out of my day, every day for 3 days now, to cattle-prod Mike McCalla to make things right. Time will tell how Jiffy Lube will rectify their shameful service...

That is so refreshing for a working man. They have both late and weekend hours. I just bought new tires from them. I was pleased with how that went because, while they didn't beat a competitor's price, they came awfully close and with the awesome customer service they have I figured it was worth the difference. In the end, they got what they needed to make a profit, I got what I wanted at a price point that was fair, and that's just good business. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

I have a company car and said I needed an oil change. Asked them about rotating tires since I am to do that every other oil change per fleet vehicle rules. They were super honest and didn't try and up sell even though I wasn't paying for the service told me no need now but on the next one. Checked my wipers and they were good and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was super nice and appreciative of my business. As I mentioned earlier they are very honest and don't recommended unneeded service they easily could have added something's on and be under the fleet limit but they only did what was needed. I will definitely be returning to this location.

The previous manager told me they would provide a complimentary oil change because of everything that happened. When I called to schedule it, I was told that because the manager who made the promise no longer worked there, they would not honor it. What makes this even more frustrating is that all of the damage to my vehicle and the agreement regarding the oil change were documented in my file. Despite having a record of everything that occurred, they still refused to honor the commitment. A business should stand behind the promises it makes, regardless of staffing changes. I expected better customer service, accountability, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
