That was when a guy named Mario was managing the store. He's not there anymore, and the quality and service has taken a serious downturn. I was buying a set of four tires for my van. James quoted me a price, which was high compared to competitors, but I'd done so much business with these guys I decided to go with it. The tires were ordered for the next day and I dropped my van off that morning. I never heard back from them. Ok, businesses get busy. I get it. I called that afternoon and they said they'd get to it within an hour. So, I got dropped off and figured I'd wait. I waited. And waited. A couple people sitting near me said they'd been waiting since morning. I noticed my van sitting in the parking lot, and since nobody called my name I assumed maybe they had to test drive it or perform some additional work on it. It's now fifteen minutes after closing time. I go up to the counter and see my paperwork and keys sitting there. But no employees. I waited by the counter for literally thirty minutes with no one there to help. Finally, someone comes in and checks me out an hour after closing time. The price was higher than I was quoted. I'm in a hurry so I mention the prior quote and the guy at the counter gives me a 5% discount. Still higher than quoted but I had to go. So I let it go. But they weren't done with with the insult. When I got home I noticed they didn't replaced my valve caps. So, I pay close to a thousand dollars for tires which should have been much less and they don't even care enough to put valve caps on. So, I'm spending Easter morning out looking for TPMS valve caps. Thanks, fellas. I doubt I'll go back. And it's such a sad situation. They used to be a great business. And they are so close to the house. But they've got to get it together. The market is way too competitive to put up with nonsense like this. Every customer in the place was angry. If everyone is angry they can't all wrong. And my frustration didn't end that day. It gets extended into the next day based on an unacceptable oversight. I just hope my wheels stay on and they didn't overlook something more serious. Next time I'll try Sam's Club.

So, here's my experience with these folks: These guys are THE best thing since sliced bread! I took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop in town to have a sensor that was giving me a brake warning light replaced. Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business!
