Ended up changing and charging her for the cabin filter. Told her that the back up lights were out on her RAV4, when she got home I checked the lights and they were working perfectly fine. I usually change the oil in our vehicles but decided to use Jiffy Lube for convenience as I have in the past but it seems since I was last there things have changed and they try to take advantage of people. A usual $30 oil change turned into a $94 ordeal. I suggest avoiding Jiffy Lube until new management comes in or just bite the bullet and do it yourself.

I brought my Chevy Cruze in last week; and some of the things that they recommended, I took them up on it. Unfortunately, some didn't work. One of our tires, the lug nut to undo to balance the tires, wouldn't budge; so they suggested I take it to another shop to have that fixed and replaced. The manager found a nail in one of my tires and told me my tire was down to 10 lbs. He kindly took pictures for me. I had taken it to other places; because I knew something was wrong with the tire, and no one ever found anything. SHOUT OUT to the Manager for catching the one thing no one else could!! After the oil change and the Fuel System Modern Engine on my Honda CR-V, I was on my way home. Unfortunately, as I continued down the road, it was hard for me to accelerate; and I couldn't go past 3,000 RPM's because my car would slow down severely. I went back to Valvoline and shared my concerns. Mason came and looked at everything and just had me pull in front of their doors and helped me figure it out. Went back home and on the highway and everything was fine. Mason and the manager were helpful through it all! I will ALWAYS come back here!!

I came a few months ago with my Chevy Cruze about the tires. Valvoline wouldn't rotate the tires; because they didn't want to strip my lug nut. Ken Towery's took really good care of me and said it was not a problem to fix. Today I came in and stated that I think there was something wrong with one of my tires; because my tire light came on but I had no idea what it was. They then proceeded to show the wire that was in my tire and asked if I had a warranty with them with Sam's Club. I stated that I did; and they said that perhaps they can fix it for me under the warranty. Every single time, I felt like I was treated like family. The next time I went back for an oil change. I let the guy know Again very politely that last time he didn't put my clips in and caused a problem. I drove about 2 days and noticed oil on the back of my car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I jacked the car up and not only did he not put all the clips in but there is a pin hole in my oil filter. oil went all of the car and the engine could now be potentially hurt. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
