My truck battery was on the opposite side of the vehicle than my car's battery, so jumper cables wouldn't reach, and the car was in the garage, so I was stuck. I called Blue Collar, and the wife ( can't remember her name ) was SO nice. She explained that if I were in town, it would be no problem to just come over and jump the car, but they don't usually come out that far. However, after talking to her for a couple minutes, she suggested her husband, Bryan, could stop by on his way home to jump my car, which he did ! Bryan is as nice as his wife, and he checked my alternator, and gave me some suggestions about my run down battery. ( I just needed to drive the car more. ) He only charged me $20. That sums up this place! they r theifs and liars! we told 3 exact problems we were having…read more literally said there was no power at a certain fuse and told them we replaced the fuse and still no power. 2 other problems given that specifically as well. after 5 days we were charged $800 for "diagnostics" that we doubt were ever performed. there were claims, including pics of the fuse box saying they fixed it...the fuses they circled on the paper had nothing to do with our problem and 2 are supposed to remain empty. did not even address the fuse we said had nothing power. other problems they lied about "fixing" as the problem still exists!
