On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed. These guys are trial and error. They try something, charge you for it and that doesn't fix it, they'll try something else. I chose Motorsports because I thought they were German car experts and would test and analyze the problem and fix it, not TRY to fix it. Had the same experience last year with the air conditioner. They fixed it to where it would blow cold INTERMITTENTLY, so I guess it's better than it was. Both times they wanted me to bring my car "back in" so they could work on it some more. I can't keep living without my car and having to take an Uber back and forth. Asked for a refund even though I knew that wasn't going to happen. Very disappointed and displeased.

Abe's was the nearest open shop and they were nice enough to look at my car as soon as I got in. The owner was willing to quickly order parts and get the car fixed by the next day. But instead, he showed me how to use my credit card's rental insurance to cover the repairs for free through the rental car agency.
