I don't know all the things this company does but I do know they do towing. I had an appointment with my mechanic and the night before that appointment, my van wouldn't start. I called Nobles to compare prices and find out if they were available when needed. Randy (Who I spoke with) was able to give me a lower price than the other 5 companies I called, and he let me set the time for picking up my van. He was there within 10 minutes of the time we agreed on and in less than 10 minutes had the van loaded and on its way for repairs. ps: My van was loaded on a flatbed truck instead of hooked to the back of a tow truck. Seems like that saves wear and tear on my van, and seems safer to me. read more

He helped me choose an honest mechanic to get me back on the road. Despite my unfortunate accident dealing with Nobles was a much needed relief to an otherwise rough day. Very negative experience with this company and the truck driver who was trying to tow my car (I caught him in the process of to breaking in the driver's side door when I came back to my car). There was no tow-away sign near my parking space. The driver demanded $50 payment (cash only) even though he'd not yet hooked up my car or started the towing process. Thankfully I had cash so could pay him, but not before he'd insulted me and lectured me about parking etiquette. For those of you looking for a tow truck, I'd be wary - the truck this guy was using was an older wooden flatbed with ramps to get the car on the bed rather than a modern tow truck. I'm glad I got back to my car when I did. No telling the damage that would have been done with the outdated equipment. read more

Unbelievably friendly, fast, and efficient service. After being broken down for nearly 5 hours and dealing with a previously nasty company, my insurance company sent Nobles Towing and Storage to the rescue and they got there quick; I wish this company had been dispatched to me from the very beginning. The weather was absolutely awful to be working in, but Randy kept a smile on his face, a positive attitude, as well as going above and beyond my expectations and what was required of him. I will be keeping his card close by in the event I ever require services in the future. Randy's kindness and positive attitude definitely turned my previous frustrations around and I was able to leave with a smile on my face and feeling at ease after dealing with such rudeness from the previous company.
