I had them do some regular maintenance on a diesel truck and install some trailer wiring and the pricing seemed reasonable. I also had them do some welding on my husbands exhaust after another place told us they couldn't it and they only charged $37! Last icing on the cake was when my husband took a car there for what ended up being a really simple issue and they did for no charge. I will definitely continue to drive out of my way for this place!

Last month I had to replace the rear brakes and the lines decentergrated.. then this weekend past had to replace the front brakes... they did not do at all what my dad was charged for...they probably forgot that I was there and waiting, then realizing their mistake, knowing I was leaving town(I told them), decided to charge my day almost 500'00 for brakes all around... DO NOT GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO TO YOU WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!!

Got a flat on my 2007 Avalon. Came in for a new set of tires, and got an oil change while there…read more Told them the flat was in the trunk, right on top. Told them to put the spare, which was on the front right, back in the trunk. When the car was ready, I had 4 brand new tires on the car, and they took the flat and put it back beneath the trunk where the spare goes. They replaced the brand new spare. I made them put the spare back on the flat rim. Fast forward, i go to change my oil, and can't get the filter housing off, even broke a Toyota filter wrench, must have 500 lbs of torque. The Dry Ridge store can absolutely not be trusted, don't know if they're idiots, thieves, or both.
