She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I'd buy all my tires from them!

Also found a minor issue with a rear tire and took care of that also. The prices were very reasonable and the work was done in a very quick way. Got a flat on my 2007 Avalon. Came in for a new set of tires, and got an oil change while there…read more Told them the flat was in the trunk, right on top. Told them to put the spare, which was on the front right, back in the trunk. When the car was ready, I had 4 brand new tires on the car, and they took the flat and put it back beneath the trunk where the spare goes. They replaced the brand new spare. I made them put the spare back on the flat rim. Fast forward, i go to change my oil, and can't get the filter housing off, even broke a Toyota filter wrench, must have 500 lbs of torque. The Dry Ridge store can absolutely not be trusted, don't know if they're idiots, thieves, or both.

Last month I had to replace the rear brakes and the lines decentergrated.. then this weekend past had to replace the front brakes... they did not do at all what my dad was charged for...they probably forgot that I was there and waiting, then realizing their mistake, knowing I was leaving town(I told them), decided to charge my day almost 500'00 for brakes all around... DO NOT GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO TO YOU WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!!
