They then refused to send the quote into the insurance company until I promised to do the work through them instead of my repair shop of choice. I again asked that they send in the quote, they said they would, then later the State Farm agent told me they contacted the location and that the quote would not be sent in. I was lied to; this practice is just wrong, and CARSTAR wasted my time - all over a minor repair job. You've earned a 1 star review; I hope losing a customer was worth it.

John, the estimator, actually said, "I am very busy." There was no need to ask for a manager, the manager was standing RIGHT best to us! Never said a word to me. Well, CarStar, so am I.
