We were traveling through the area when a tire shredded on our boat trailer. I called Conrad's to…read moresee if they had a replacement tire. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I'd buy all my tires from them!

Traveling thru the area and had a brake noise and on a Saturday looks as if Williamstown repair…read moreshops are all closed. Stopped at Conrad's and they were very friendly and helpful and told me to come back at 10:30 which I did and they checked the brakes and only repaired the back ones and told me the front ones were OK. Also found a minor issue with a rear tire and took care of that also. The prices were very reasonable and the work was done in a very quick way. Thanks for working me in and getting me back on the road on a Saturday Morning Bill Allen
