I had been to several dealerships in Lexington and the Toyota dealership in Frankfort. We were going to purchase from the Frankfort dealership (where we bought our last one), until they offered us a whopping 13.5% interest rate (and it wasn't even the color I wanted). After searching Toyota dealership inventories online, I happened across Dry Ridge Toyota. I decided to stop by there since they had the color car I wanted. This dealership is 40 miles away from my home, and there were 4 other dealerships closer, but this one turned out to be worth the drive. I told the salesman about my experience in Frankfort and he said he was certain they could beat that rate. I felt they actually wanted to earn our business. And I truly feel that they worked to do so. They got the car I wanted, and better yet, they found an interest rate of 3.5%! They managed to make a bad experience a positive one. She even double-checked they had the correct size before we drove there. She let the techs know we were on our way so that when we pulled in they met us in the parking lot. The guys helped us remove the spare, put the new tire on the rim, and helped us put the new tire on. We were done in less than twenty minutes! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. And the price was very reasonable. This is exactly what you want in a business. If I lived closer I'd buy all my tires from them!

THEN offered to refund the gift card money. The check never came in the mail. They stated it was sent twice. Called a month later to be told that I would need to come pick up a check if I wanted a refund. The owner was rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Would never do business with this place.
