I'm posting this to share an incredibly positive experience that came from what originally started…read moreas a two-star review. About two weeks ago, I left a review after a sales representative accidentally cut into the paint on my bumper while removing a decal and initially did not take responsibility. However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. From that moment on, the experience was outstanding. The sales manager took full responsibility for the damage and arranged and paid for a professional paint correction to fix the issue. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how a company responds. This team proved they truly care about their customers and their reputation. Because of this experience, I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
