My truck battery was on the opposite side of the vehicle than my car's battery, so jumper cables wouldn't reach, and the car was in the garage, so I was stuck. I called Blue Collar, and the wife ( can't remember her name ) was SO nice. She explained that if I were in town, it would be no problem to just come over and jump the car, but they don't usually come out that far. However, after talking to her for a couple minutes, she suggested her husband, Bryan, could stop by on his way home to jump my car, which he did ! Bryan is as nice as his wife, and he checked my alternator, and gave me some suggestions about my run down battery. ( I just needed to drive the car more. ) He only charged me $20. I came a few months ago with my Chevy Cruze about the tires. Valvoline wouldn't rotate the tires; because they didn't want to strip my lug nut. Ken Towery's took really good care of me and said it was not a problem to fix. Today I came in and stated that I think there was something wrong with one of my tires; because my tire light came on but I had no idea what it was. They then proceeded to show the wire that was in my tire and asked if I had a warranty with them with Sam's Club. I stated that I did; and they said that perhaps they can fix it for me under the warranty. Every single time, I felt like I was treated like family.
