We cannot say enough positive things about Woodland Airstream in Georgetown, Ky. We are on a three…read moremonth trailer trek across country from Sacramento California. While in Mammoth Caves we noticed our sink had become detached and was sinking down and there was a crack in our counter top making it unstable. This could be a major issue as we bounced along the highways. We reached out to Airstream in Ohio, willing to travel there to get help, but they could not get us in for service for too long. Woodland got us in the next day. The sink and counter top were not glued in and brackets were missing. They worked diligently and professionally to get us back on the road in two days and let us stay in their lot at night, setting us up with water and electricity. Before we hit the road, the works space in the trailer was spotless and they even washed the outside of our rig! This type of customer service and care is sometimes hard to find. The staff at Woodland know how to do it right!

I arrived 5 minutes before closing to get my part, but the employee had already locked the doors and just walked away. I spoke with another employee who drove up to the store right about this time. He told me he worked at a different location today, but it's common for them to close the stores early when business is slow. He was polite. He told me that the guy working my local store was also pulled to work from another store tonight. I guess they were buddies and had plans tonight. I wonder if the managers and corporate know about this practice of closing early and locking doors early in the face of customers.

I got my oil change done. The last time I went they only put 3 of the 7 clips on my skid plate and…read moreit flapped in the wind. I made them aware of the issue and didn't think anything of it. The next time I went back for an oil change. I let the guy know Again very politely that last time he didn't put my clips in and caused a problem. I drove about 2 days and noticed oil on the back of my car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I jacked the car up and not only did he not put all the clips in but there is a pin hole in my oil filter. oil went all of the car and the engine could now be potentially hurt. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
