When the dealership charged me an arm and a leg to replace the wrong wheel bearing and then wanted to charge me the other arm and leg to change the right one, I gave Twisted Wrench a try out of desperation. I don't remember exactly what the difference was, but I'm pretty sure they charged me about half of what the dealership made me pay. Since then they have changed my spark plugs (which is obnoxiously difficult in Priuses - they are kinda buried under the windshield wipers), done a couple of oil changes, rotated my tires, and now they are going to fix an oil leak for us.
