OUTSTANDING SERVICE…read more Our old car broke down late in the day, about half-way through a 20 hour drive from Canada to Florida. AAA came out to the car, established that the problem was more serious than they could fix on the spot, and towed the car to AAA Tire and Auto Service in Lexington, KY, after the business had closed for the day. We were worried sick about when we could resume our trip. AAA Tire and Auto Service called us as soon as they reopened in the morning, saying that he would get right on to the car, and would call us as soon as he had figured out the actual problem with the car. He called us back a few minutes later to tell us what part had broken, exactly what it could cost to fix, and to get our permission to do it. We happily agreed, and he said that he would get the car back on the road as soon as possible, and gave us an approximate time for completion. As soon as he received the new part (an alternator), he installed it, then called us to say it was ready. Absolutely excellent and fast service. Great clarity and consideration on the part of the mechanic in talking to us. We received the best possible service, and we are tremendously grateful to AAA Tire and Auto Service. Thank you very much to them!!! We would highly recommend AAA Tire and Auto Service to everyone!!!

Service guy said the patches simply wouldn't work on my tire. I told him it worked on the other tire that needed a repair back in the summer, installed by my regular tire guy. If the patch fails tomorrow or next week or next month. The guys at Express Oil Change did one thing Tire Discounters did not. They tried and had a much better attitude.
