The engine was seized and the battery was immediately returned back to O'Reilly who refused to return my cash for the battery. I went to several O'Reilly stores that used the same excuse, "I don't have enough cash in my drawer for the return can you come back later in the day when I have more cash!" Lies; I watched the cashier hold up several one hundred dollar bills up to the light ensuring they were not counterfeit while I waited in line to be serviced! I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service at each O'Reilly auto parts I went to! Finally, I requested a manager of sorts I expressed my concerns and asked if a large amount of cash isn't refundable why are you not posting this information for us customers to see!? He immediately issued me my cash and said that they don't usually give money back for batteries that have been used! Again the engine is seized, that's why I immediately returned the battery! We made an order for new wiper blades after one of mine broke off while it is snowing. This happened after every other auto parts store had closed, unfortunately. I arrived at 8:20pm (closing time is 9pm) and the employee walks up to the door, shakes their head, and walks off. We go to the door and it is locked! We had to call to get an answer and we're told they'll bring the wiper blades out. They are also supposed to help do the install for the wiper blades, but we were told "we don't do those at night" (okay, valid but annoying) and then he about tripped on himself trying to turn around and slam the door in my friend's face! As I stated, I suddenly had mine break off during a snowy winter storm and this was the ONLY auto parts store open that offered to actually help put them on. I completely understand that by the time they came out with the blades, it was within 30 minutes before closing. I'm not as mad about that as I am about the doors being locked, then watch them literally hiding (like a toddler playing hide and seek and being totally visible) and having to deal with them being rude! We watched at least 4 other people walk up and see it was locked but only one other person was helped. I am capable of putting on these wiper blades, but it will take me way longer to learn how than for them to help and what if I genuinely did need the help? I definitely would've saved myself time and frustration and just went to Walmart if I knew this was going to be my experience and I'd be putting them on myself anyway.

I know they have a reader at AutoZone, so drove it over to have checked! My battery was fine, was at 60%+ but the way new cars are made, you can't let them sit. I miss old car engines... But also, they person working there let me know that there was probably another leak if I leave my phone charger/Apple play cord plugged in all the time, which I do. So, he suggested I remove it if I'm not driving consistently to help retain battery juice. All of that is pretty helpful to know! This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. I was instantly greeted by an employee who asked what I needed help with and when I explained to him what I needed, he took me to the desk and told his co worker what I needed. OK that's great customer service!! I bought a rear windshield wiper and the employee who was helping me at the desk offered to put it on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the wiper mechanism must really need to be ordered from the dealership because it wouldn't fit, but the employee has the idea if I didn't need my old blade, he could switch out the rubber blades using the same holder that fits. I told him that I didn't need the old blade and he switched out the blades. I was really impressed with his customer service and how nice all the employees were at Napa! This company really understands how to treat their customers. They have definitely made a customer for life!

This gentleman walked out to my car, took a look, and confirmed that it was a screw that I needed. We walked back into the store and he found just what I needed. I expected him to ring me up. Instead, he walked back out to my car. I'm thinking "oh, okay, he's going to make sure they're a good fit before I buy the whole bag." But no, this guy gets the screw out of the bag, and fixes my bumper for me!!! He even went back inside and grabbed a tool to make sure it was secure. Napa exceeded my expectations today, and I assure you that I will be back!
