The engine was seized and the battery was immediately returned back to O'Reilly who refused to return my cash for the battery. I went to several O'Reilly stores that used the same excuse, "I don't have enough cash in my drawer for the return can you come back later in the day when I have more cash!" Lies; I watched the cashier hold up several one hundred dollar bills up to the light ensuring they were not counterfeit while I waited in line to be serviced! I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service at each O'Reilly auto parts I went to! Finally, I requested a manager of sorts I expressed my concerns and asked if a large amount of cash isn't refundable why are you not posting this information for us customers to see!? He immediately issued me my cash and said that they don't usually give money back for batteries that have been used! Again the engine is seized, that's why I immediately returned the battery! Smgdh!!

Starter really aren't that expensive and not that hard to change, but with times being as they are I would rather get one for $14.99 then for $145.75. This is where treasure hunt now begins, Pull-N-Save is a giant lot of broke down and wrecked cars, bringing light the perennial phrase of one man's junk is another mans treasure, they also bring in new cars weekly and you can check the website for the latest hot cars for parts that were just brought in. Do some research because allot of times your car can cannibalize parts from various others years and models of other cars. For instance the first time I went there was a Accord from another year and not armed with the proper knowledge I didn't quickly swipe the starter for my car. So I left this adventure without said starter but with a new antenna and license plate holder! WOOT WOOT, research at home then showed me that the starter from this year would have indeed worked on my car but upon return it has hence been swiped by another parts scavenger! More $$$ to fix the problem. Texted my son-in-law who said my daughter had an app on her phone to diagnose the problem electronically without any cost, but she was unavailable. "But you can go to Advance Auto Parts and they'll probably check it for free." He sent me an address. For free? Rather unheard of. And bingo - generous Jeff came out to my car, ran the gizmo that diagnoses a warning light on a dashboard, showed me the system area that was causing the problem, kindly and clearly explaining everything he understood about it. Back to son-in-law. Infused with "now-we're-gettin'-somewhere" energy from the free Advance Auto Parts diagnosis, he quickly researched, then sent me more possibilities and options. So I returned inside Advance Auto Parts, store #6615, the Havana St. store just north of E Mississippi Avenue. Jeff gone on break, a second employee came out and looked under the hood. He too very patiently described what he saw, as he tightened all the connections, pointing out what was what, and why some parts were difficult to get to easily. Armed with educational information from both employees, I drove back to the dealership service building. But pulling up, I realized the "Check" light which had been glaring at me from my dashboard for 3 days had disappeared (and thus confirming one possibility my son-in-law had discovered online that would explain the warning light.) Jeff had located the source of the problem, and the 2nd employee had - as he checked the connections - tightened whatever was causing the imbalance problem. 5 stars for super nice people, excellent customer service, accurate diagnosis of problem, then solving it. The gent behind the counter assisted me in putting it in. Didn't have to, just did. As he helped, he noticed a couple of other things that I needed to fix. For example, the hydraulics that hold up the hood normally were failing. I told him I asked the mechanic, and they quoted something like $300 bucks to fix them. He said NONSENSE! I know they have a reader at AutoZone, so drove it over to have checked! My battery was fine, was at 60%+ but the way new cars are made, you can't let them sit. I miss old car engines... But also, they person working there let me know that there was probably another leak if I leave my phone charger/Apple play cord plugged in all the time, which I do. So, he suggested I remove it if I'm not driving consistently to help retain battery juice. All of that is pretty helpful to know! Appreciate them being a resource when it comes to car stuff like this!

Over the phone the staff was 10/5 stars and in person was even better. They serve popcorn naturally my 2 and 3 year old dumped it on the floor. They picked it up no hassle and didn't make me feel awkward at all! I took the kids to the car they rolled the true right to my door when they were done this place knows a thing or two about customer service. They have a yard you get a wheel barrel and sign a quick waver to run out into to pick whatever you want. Also the business has a great layout and looks really sleek!

She insisted that it would not go through and that if I wanted to leave with the parts, I had to swipe my card again. I did, and now I have two posted identical charges on my card. I went in to have one refunded (there was another customer in front of me with the same complaint). We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. This place needs to sink.

I was instantly greeted by an employee who asked what I needed help with and when I explained to him what I needed, he took me to the desk and told his co worker what I needed. OK that's great customer service!! I bought a rear windshield wiper and the employee who was helping me at the desk offered to put it on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the wiper mechanism must really need to be ordered from the dealership because it wouldn't fit, but the employee has the idea if I didn't need my old blade, he could switch out the rubber blades using the same holder that fits. I told him that I didn't need the old blade and he switched out the blades. I was really impressed with his customer service and how nice all the employees were at Napa! This company really understands how to treat their customers. They have definitely made a customer for life!

Immediately I was greeted with someone asking if I needed help. After explaining that I didn't know which hardware I needed, he directed me to someone who could help. This gentleman walked out to my car, took a look, and confirmed that it was a screw that I needed. We walked back into the store and he found just what I needed. I expected him to ring me up. Instead, he walked back out to my car. I'm thinking "oh, okay, he's going to make sure they're a good fit before I buy the whole bag." But no, this guy gets the screw out of the bag, and fixes my bumper for me!!! He even went back inside and grabbed a tool to make sure it was secure. Napa exceeded my expectations today, and I assure you that I will be back!
