The AZ employee helping me (wish I could remember her name) actually took the time to print out a slip containing all the necessary part number information I needed, and attached a note instructing the other branch staff to allot me an additional discount for my troubles (driving down the street to their store). I took the kids to the car they rolled the true right to my door when they were done this place knows a thing or two about customer service. The cashier insisted that it didn't go through and that I had to swipe my card again. I showed her on my bank app that it was a pending charge. She insisted that it would not go through and that if I wanted to leave with the parts, I had to swipe my card again. I did, and now I have two posted identical charges on my card. I went in to have one refunded (there was another customer in front of me with the same complaint). We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. So say you have a Honda Accord because they are super reliable and get great gas mileage etc. well say the Accord you own is belligerent and decides to break down more then average! Well after replacing her clutch for the second time, She decides to stop starting! Starter really aren't that expensive and not that hard to change, but with times being as they are I would rather get one for $14.99 then for $145.75. This is where treasure hunt now begins, Pull-N-Save is a giant lot of broke down and wrecked cars, bringing light the perennial phrase of one man's junk is another mans treasure, they also bring in new cars weekly and you can check the website for the latest hot cars for parts that were just brought in. Do some research because allot of times your car can cannibalize parts from various others years and models of other cars. For instance the first time I went there was a Accord from another year and not armed with the proper knowledge I didn't quickly swipe the starter for my car. So I left this adventure without said starter but with a new antenna and license plate holder! WOOT WOOT, research at home then showed me that the starter from this year would have indeed worked on my car but upon return it has hence been swiped by another parts scavenger! This is definitely a cost effective way to locate and replace parts on your automobile, it is a treasure hunt and you have to be a scavenger and your going to get dirty!
