They charged me for the two wheels that I wanted, and their card reader said the transaction was approved. The cashier insisted that it didn't go through and that I had to swipe my card again. I showed her on my bank app that it was a pending charge. She insisted that it would not go through and that if I wanted to leave with the parts, I had to swipe my card again. I did, and now I have two posted identical charges on my card. I went in to have one refunded (there was another customer in front of me with the same complaint). We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. I was looking for a salvage yard to replace a wheel (wife dmg) I called these guys they didn't have it in stock but were able to order it in just 2 days shipping and charged me less then amazon but did not have a tire but when I brought my own put it on for just 10 dollars. Over the phone the staff was 10/5 stars and in person was even better. They serve popcorn naturally my 2 and 3 year old dumped it on the floor. They picked it up no hassle and didn't make me feel awkward at all! I took the kids to the car they rolled the true right to my door when they were done this place knows a thing or two about customer service. These guys are the biggest scam artist in The history of auto parts I was quoted a cost for a part went down there spent 2 1/2 hours pulling the parts out of the car for them to simply try to charge me four times what they quoted me not to mention that they were trying to charge me more than double of what every other auto parts place on the entire Internet list for it and those are places that actually pull the parts for you and have them sitting there waiting for you to come pick up so they use me as free labor to pull their parts out and then tried to charge me four times more than what they cost anywhere else in the entire country and had me leave the parts there for them so that I'm sure they can turn around and sell them to somewhere else do not ever spend your money at this place ever. I would give them a 16th of a star hell 1 millionth of a percent of a star if I could read more

I usually can't complain about a junkyard but my god this place needs to be just closed. First I've been to many places and I understand customer service is not great but if I've never been to your location maybe help not stare at me like I'm stupid and then say 2$! Ok I guess two dollars is entry which I'm glad I speak enough Spanish to know it's two dollars. So after I pay wasn't going to bother to ask about cars they had in the lot since they wouldn't know or care to help. I did find a list online to show what year and color. I needed a 96-98 Ford (had to be) and found one, well to continue they don't have any way to find the vehicle just a huge lot says ford, or gm or import. So have to wonder up and down the rows looking and searching for one car. Which I couldn't find and wasted my time and money because they don't have a updated online database for cars and no organization of vehicles. They don't refund the 2$ if you can't find what you need. I've been to other junkyards and they are little better people and help still can have problems, but the one I went to pull and pay Aurora off Zeno st pretty good service and when searching for vehicle they are in rows so need a ford it's in the ford section row 2 super easy. Still can't get two dollars back but least you can go straight to the car and find it not spend 30min searching. read more
