Had a very undesirable experience here. Went looking for an airbag. Paid the entry fee of $2 and found the car. Took an hour to properly remove the airbag. Back to the office to pay. They tell me it is illegal for them to sell me an airbag. They had no sign stating such nor able to point me to an actual State website with a law. Conspiracy Theory: I suspect they will take my hours work and sell the airbag themselves. Don't plan to return here. read more

Worst experience ever the manager was rude and a resist I brought my car to them with the title but they would not take it even though he said he'll give me 200$ I would not recommend going to this place due to the bad experience the manager also stated that he would threaten me saying he would tow my car and charge me 500$ on top of his bs again don't go here I would rather spend my money at LKQ Because they are friendly and nice. yeah its a u pick pull and pay. Its only 2 dollars to get in and walk around looking for any parts you need. They also look up when your there a make and model and directions om how to get to that vehicle. Not bad for the price. Bring your tools and pull off the part you need or want. There is a huge inventory of cars and you can search for specific models on their website. It costs a couple of bucks to get in to look around. I have found many pieces that I need for my car there and even hard to replace glass. The last time I went there was a special because the Broncos won where they had free admission and 10% off the parts. Great deal and the staff is really friendly too. read more

This u pull and pay is by far the worst I've been too. Good luck finding what you need since inventory sits around for several months even after it's been completely stripped. Inventory is greatly reflected by the front desk staff. The usual lady at checkout pretty much takes a guess on the parts you have and charges you without discussing what's been charged. She's usually wrong as you probably have already guessed. Me and the multiple dealerships I work for and am acquainted with will be boycotting this u pull n pay. This place is hit and miss with parts because if you're looking for stuff it could be totally gone or people who needed a door actuator lock tore the door apart to get to it and now you need a interior door handle it could be ruined because people break stuff or don't know how to remove stuff correctly . I've found times that I could get what I needed but it's like they want to only give your a small discount over new. I've had times that new parts were 10$ more than the used junk I had to pull and if I knew the price which the site is too broad on parts. when it come to certain things which is they are small or cheap it should be free or the two dollars to pay for entry. The workers or people I see there I'm not sure what they do but sit at the main office and take the entry fee and charge for parts you want. Like I said it's hit and miss for who's working. You know, I tried to give this place every chance because it's close to my house, but it's just too poorly ran for it to be worth it. They charge you to pull your own part, then if you leave empty handed. too bad, no refunds! And where do they find these sullen, I-hate-life girls that run it?
