My van

Two Goats are the best. They got me in for a last min oil change on my old rig that I didn't have the space to do myself. Booking was easy thru their website and their communication was really on point. Previously I've had them do suspension work on my VW daily too. Will be back with either car. Thanks guys!

This business seems sketchy I don't think I will trust them on how the inside of their business looks and how the outside looks as well

Nice and helpful guys! Communication could have been better but they gave me a great price for the work I needed.

I came in to see what happened and they said that the little plastic coolant pipes that go to the water pump were dissolving. I'm honestly quite annoyed because I feel like this is something that should have been noticed a year ago and I highly doubt this wear and tear appeared in a year on a car that already had 170,000 miles. I ended up going to another guy that actually cares about older cars (mine's a 2006) and he figured out it was another gasket in my engine, not a head gasket like they were claiming. Applewood wanted to charge me $4800 in total for a car I paid $3000 for. My mechanic was able to do it for $560 because he just replaced the radiator cap and plastic gasket that gets worn down at almost 170,000 miles each time. I also am a woman so when I called them they used a very sarcastic tone with me and kept gaslighting me on the issue. Sure a head gasket repair may have fixed the problem but I would have wildly overpaid. I added my inspection report that was wildly overstated and would have costed me $4800 for something that they should have already replaced or told me about considering they had replaced my entire water pump and the hose connecting to it.

I brought my car in to have to passenger door repaired because it wasn't opening, and Jodi called me an hour later to say it was the child lock and that it wasn't broken afterall. They included a complimentary btake check as well and made sure everything looked good. They didn't charge me a dime!!! I highly recommend them. I am a repeat customer and they never let me down.

I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic. Thank you Aiden and Dan for the great experience!

It ended up coming loose and the situation looks completely unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, they don't want to fix the problem nor give my money back. Very disappointing experience--please be careful before going here, because you may end up wasting your money and still having the same issue." Correction: I do not need an alternator. One of your employees was clearly trying to sell me work I didn't need in order to get more money out of me. The only thing that was replaced today was the part that your shop damaged. Not only was the serpentine belt installed incorrectly, but the component the belt runs on was also broken because of your faulty work. That cost me an additional $150 for the part, plus labor to have it replaced correctly. There was absolutely no way I was going to let your shop touch my car again after the poor-quality work that was done the first time. Instead of taking responsibility, you're essentially calling me a liar. I had to pay someone else to fix the damage and correct your mistake. Thanks to your negligence, I was left with additional expenses and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend your business to anyone and hope other customers think twice before trusting your shop with their vehicles. What is most concerning is that after bringing this issue to your attention, the company has refused to properly correct the problem or issue a refund. I have incurred additional expenses to repair the damage caused by the improper installation. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I am exploring my legal options. No customer should have to worry about their safety after paying for professional repairs. I hope the company takes steps to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I also feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated unfairly. I believe every customer deserves the same level of professionalism, respect, and attention regardless of their background.
