Tomas helped me replace the PCV valve on my truck. I didn't have a wrench, and the O'Reilys was nice enough to loan me the tool. Got it fixed in the parking lot in 10 mins right before a long roadtrip to Seattle. Tomas went the extra mile and was offering any help he could. Purchased a trans filter from O'Reilly few months ago it the type just like a oil filter screw on. Well suddenly car quit moving and there was a lake of fluid everywhere I thought it was a cooler line that ruptured nope it was the filter itself that failed who keeps there receipts for oil filters low dollar items like that for maintenance I've never grabbed at one off the counter only higher dollar parts that you don't want to pay for twice this filter is $15 the guy at O'Reilly's acknowledged it was their filter on both sides of the threads there a crack which let it get loose then it slowly blew a 1/2" Chunk out of the oring seal and fluid went everywhere it could of destroyed my trans if it was to have leaked out slower im glad it dumped so fast that it just quit moving at this point all I wanted was another filter and the 5 qts or so of fluid I lost guy acknowledged it was there filter and he could clearly see it had failed but nope not gonna stand behind a couple qts of fluid and a $15 part it did cost me $125 to get car towed and I've never seen a filter ever do that on that type before even when they were cranked down they never broke like this one did it was just defective from the getgo I'm gonna try to upload a photo of said part I can say they lost my business obviously it was a purchased item from them i put it on hand tight with rubber gloves on not my first filter job anyway tgey dont even stand behind a $15 part figured i share this 1 star review read more

I recently visited here and was surprisingly disappointed with the level of service I received. The employee who assisted me was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me find the parts I needed while attempting to make my exchange. When I asked for assistance, the employee was rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed that the store was disorganized and many of the products were out of stock. This made it difficult for me to find what I needed, and the employee was not willing to offer any alternative solutions. Overall, my experience, was frustrating and unproductive. I would suggest that the store work on improving their customer service and update the exchange policy. Some stores honor defective parts, this one however, does not. They have failed to meet the basic standard of professionalism. read more

They have gone over and beyond normal auto part stores. First I had to get a new battery a month ago and they had a special and replaced the battery for me. Today, I had to get new lights for my Subaru and GARRETT went beyond what he normally does and installed both lights for me! Checker is now O'Reilly Auto Parts... I went in there for a new battery. They priced it at the same as the best deal I saw on the Internet. The gent behind the counter assisted me in putting it in. Didn't have to, just did. As he helped, he noticed a couple of other things that I needed to fix. For example, the hydraulics that hold up the hood normally were failing. I told him I asked the mechanic, and they quoted something like $300 bucks to fix them. He said NONSENSE! Sold me the replacement parts, showed me how to install them, and for less than $40 bucks! Very friendly and helpful service, highly recommend. Went in the other day to get the part I ordered and when I received it. One of the most important parts on my order were missing. The attendant had called their manager who was some lady that I had never seen working there before (her name was sonjay). only for her to blame me about her not being there long enough so she didn't know how to confront the issue. The other workers are very very helpful. Especially that kove one. I haven't seen him in a while. Why be a "manager" if your going to have an attitude with your customers? Why be a manger if your going to complain? Fix it then? Interesting. I will never be returning to this O'reilys. ever. read more

I bought the most expensive windshield wipers and within the first few weeks the drivers side began to streak and the manager of the store would not offer a replacement or any time of refund. Very poor customer service because these were the recommendations given to me from their staff for windshield wipers. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. My wife was involved in a car accident and due to some of the damage in the wreck it drained her battery. We had to get the car to the auto body shop to get an estimate, so we bought a battery, but once we installed it we identified the car still wouldn't start. We had the car towed, it was declared a total loss, and the battery never even helped us get the car to the shop. We tried to return the battery, two days later, and O'Reillys refused to take the battery even though it did literally nothing for us. $150 down the drain for a company who could care less. We even called the corporate office and they refused to help. Rude customer service, local to corporate, and they could care less. Look at some of the other reviews on here and not one response from the store Manager. read more

Went in to get my car battery and alternator checked, the attendant followed me outside. As soon as he walked out he saw a friend sitting in his vehicle, walked over started talking to his friend. I didn't think much of it until I turned around and he was smoking a marijuana oil pen. I ended up doing the read myself and had to ask him to remove the diagnosis machine so I could jump my battery to check the alternator. I was going to buy the alternator from this location ended up going down the street where I got better service. There is a time to shoot the shit and let loose with your friends at work isn't one of those times. Very unprofessional I will never go back, too many other options where attendants take their job seriously. Usually when people are in auto parts store they are in need of something to get their car working, really felt like this employee could careless. read more

Went in here to purchase a Discount Ticket to the Rocky Mtn Chrome Auto Show. The Staff could be trained better. One Employee didnt know anything about it, or how to ring it up. The Manager who helped me was great. Told me how the ticket worked since all i got was a receipt. And knew the hours of the show for all the days. I honestly don't know how it's possible for anyone to have a negative experience at this location. The staff is very helpful and if one of them do not have the answer, brace yourself, they find someone who does! Furthermore they allow you to make sure whatever you're buying will actually work on/in/around your car before even purchasing.
