I took it back to them a few months after I got the Jeep because the warning lights started. They said they fixed it but they didn't. I tried touching base again and they ignored me. I took it to another dealership and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. This has been a back and forth issue and now we're at December 2025 and November was the last time it was in the shop. I had to hire a Lemon Law Lawyer. They are very dishonest! I'm very disappointed because I was very excited and the Jeep was a Holiday present to myself. When the dealership gives you a lemon.....sue. Service advisors know how bad the vehicles are because a few of them agreed with me and even said, well it's a Chrysler brand. I think they purchased their parts from Temu.

After refilling our pressure at 7-11 in Birch Run we were still losing pressure. We then discovered a screw in our 1month old tire. It was after 6 and most places were closed. We discovered Monro in Clio was open till 7. We made it over there and the tech immediately got to work. They fixed the tire without a charge. We are so thankful for their help. My Cousin while visiting from Florida went here for an oil change two days ago and the service tech…read morelooked over the front end and tried to advise her to replace her struts! Said they were leaking and he could repair them for around $1000. She declined and told him no, that she would have her husband take care of it. After she left she drove approximately 15 miles and noticed the abs light wouldn't go away on her dashboard. I called PRO-TECH for her and asked them if perhaps they disconnected a wire or something while doing the oil change they said no, shouldn't have needed to do that. Recommended to bring vehicle back in the morning. After finding a CARite dealership nearby from which she bought the truck in Florida she decided to take it there the next morning for a second opinion as it was under warranty. They then inspected the vehicle and said the calipers were loose and rattling probably causing the abs light issue so they then tightened them back up. The vehicle had just had the brakes checked and repaired just two months earlier before coming to MI at a CARite dealership in Florida. They also inspected the struts and said they should be fine to drive back to Florida and didn't require replacement! The following day after driving approximately another 80 miles something came loose and was dragging under the vehicle causing her to pull off to the side of the state highway. Looking under the vehicle she found a bracket of some sort hanging down and dragging the road. She then contacted her dealer again and had to have the vehicle towed to them for repairs again. They said the bracket would have had to be removed to do the oil filter replacement and must not have been properly fastened back after the filter replacement. They then generously replaced the missing fasteners and did not charge her for anything. Thank you CARite! Shame on you PRO-TECH!! It appears there are still bandits lurking around trying to make a dis-Honest living!

I just got done cleaning all the grease left on the interior and exterior of my vehicle after an…read moreoil change. The doors, handle, and sill, as well as the hood, had handprints and smears, the seat had a smear, the dash had several fingerprints, and the steering wheel had many oily greasy marks. Upon cleaning the grease from the door sill I found several small scratches in both the plate and the paint. None of the damage is worth repairing, even though it is a very new vehicle, but none of it should have occurred. Congratulate your "technician" for putting the first scratches in my car for me, I'd do it myself but I'm never going to Clio Muffler Man again.

This is almost double to what I paid before and no communication that their prices went up or they're using dexos oil before they performed the oil change, especially after the fact we called in ahead making an appointment. I've worked in auto service for 12 years and never thought I'd see the day when basic oil changes cost $61.99 out the door and using basic synthetic oil too.

Took my truck to a couple of car guys who replaced the rear differential. 3 weeks later my whole…read morerear end came loose and drive shaft fell out from underneath the truck (see pictures). I called them and they said that I would have to have it towed back up to them and THEN they would decide whether to cover it under warranty she said they needed to see it first even though I had all the pictures. I asked to talk to the technician who worked on my truck only to be accused on Google reviews of being racist because I happen to want to talk to a man instead of the woman who answered the phone. (It's not racist if I want to talk to the person who worked on my own truck!) I paid more money to fix the damage that couple of car guys did. Then I originally paid couple of car guys. ($3500.00). What would have happened if the front of my drive shaft dropped down like it did but with me being on i-75 going 70 mph? I've seen cars get catapulted from a drive shaft coming loose. Be very weary, this place is going to end up killing somebody with hand tightened bolts on critical pieces of hardware.
