Do not go here...whole on phone guy answered other calls of customers wanting to Redrock off cars which were fixed but still had issues. Said I needed my brak pads changed was told couple hundred dollers....not even a certain ammount. Stay away from here read more

TERRIBLE AUTO SHOP They claimed to have done a full inspection on my vehicle in January 2023 when I needed a motor replaced. At first they said it was the timing belt and I had to tell them that Al Serra service center had just completed a full inspection and diagnosed that I needed another motor. I wanted to have a local shop repair my vehicle who accepts warranty contracts from the company I use. So ABC informed me that they would call me back to confirm what the final diagnosis is. I ended up having to call them after waiting two days and they finally told me 'yes it is the motor.' They overcharged me for the labor cost even after I bought a motor from a parts company and had it shipped to them, by the way. When I picked my vehicle up from ABC, they handed me the keys and a receipt as if nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. The guy Shawn that I was communicating with showed poor customer service. He was very short with me every time I called the shop; even when I picked my keys and car up. He probably doesn't like people outside of his race/nationality but I kept it friendly with him. The 'check engine' light was still on. I figured it was a sensor issue from them changing the motor out. I trusted this company to do the right thing. Come to find out, they failed to tell me that my turbo charger was going bad until after I had to have my vehicle towed back to them and they did another inspection. How does a mechanic call themselves completing an inspection and miss informing a customer about a major problem with their vehicle? If the check engine light is still on, that means something is still wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

We have taken our cars to ABC many times and have always had great service. If there is an issue Tom will make it right. In fact, after a window installation by another Company I had an electrical issue. Tom found it and helped prove it was done when window was changed. The other company had to pay for the repair. said they fixed my ac, it wasn't fixed, called them to complain about needing yet another ac recharge after they "fixed" it. they said "some cars need an ac recharge every year, that's just how they are" complete excuse. wasted over $300 on them to have them NOT fix my ac and they did nothing about it read more

very poor service tom will rip you off. i had my 2015 chevy impala towed there tom charged me 505dollars to just clean the plugs and replace a rubber boot on the air cleaner. he said the reason my car quit was because the ignition key was run thru the washing machine. i droce the car and two days later it quit again this time i had it towed to al serra chevy they replaced a part in the emission system which was defective and did not charge me anything because there was a recall on the part. they also gave me a rental car from the dealer ship for 4days to drive at no charge. read more

Took my car in to have it looked at because my check engine light was on and the service stabiltrak and engine reduce power message came on on the dash. He said it was out of oil and needed a oil change seemed like that actually worked. Check engine light went off and seemed to run fine. 2 days later it came back on and 11 days later same messages came on but more frequently. Took it back today said it was a quart low on oil and that was not the case. So out $100 and my car is still not fixed. Will NEVER go there again. read more

We cant say enough good stuff about this place. Broke down on a roadtrip to alaska and we ended up coming here to get the problem figured out and jim was so helpful. He explained what the problem was and gave us lots of options on what we could do. It was honestly the best experience ive ever had dealing with a mechanic. Extremely trust worthy and knowledgable. They ended up fixing the problem extremely quick, and at a great price. If i didnt live in Massachusetts id definitely come here again, no questions asked. Called on a Tuesday morning and they told me to bring it in to take a look. They explained that they had other jobs they were working on and wouldn't get to it right away so I wasn't surprised when they didn't call me with an estimate on Tuesday. Well, Wednesday came and went and still no call. This was a surprise. On Thursday, I called them first thing and they told me they would start on my car right away. A few hours later that called back with the estimate and I authorized the work. A few hours after that they let me know they were done. I asked if someone could come by to pick me up and (after all, they advertise 'free shuttle service') and they said they would get back with me. Three hours later I called again and they said it was too far to pick me up (11 minutes according to google maps). Upset I called another location and asked to speak to the owner. I left a message with the manager stating my complaint. Approx. 1 hour later the manager called and said it was a misunderstanding that he could come and pick me up (at 5:15pm!) . When he did show up he was driving my car! He didn't even use a company vehicle. We then had to drive back to the dealership to pay and complete the paperwork. Although the repair seems to have been done correctly the service was terrible. The Grand Blanc location seems to have no respect for my time. If they couldn't get to my car for two days that should have been communicated up front. And as far as refusing to pick me up to retrieve my car...that was simply unacceptable. read more

I had an heater core replaced at this place, and the mechanic didn't replace my dash board back like it was, he even shorted out my dash board lights, he use an old part off my old heater core, reason I know is cause my truck was streaming and I took it somewhere else and they said wow he used an old part to put your new heater core on, so I called the owner or manager and he asked me to bring it back which I did and I also expected him too say oh no we didn't , which I through the customer was always right no matter what, I won't refer no one here for any repairs check around first, if you want quality service, the person who asked me too come back I told him I was going too put the way I feel on here that's the only reason he wanted to talk and see what I was talking about, I work at an local restaurant and I wish I would tell a customer there steak was cooked right and displease the business, he has all these honesty signs up what a rip off place ABC what that really stand for All Better be cautious the letters say it all read more

I am NOT happy, AutoZone in Grand Blanc recommended ABC after running tests and diagnosing my Lincoln MKS, so I went and gave the guy at the desk the data from AutoZone and asked to also have an oil change, few hours later he brings me my car and says they replaced the ignition coil (like the data from AutoZone said) and replaced the spark plugs but it did not help, the car still ran bad so they left the bad coil on changed the oil and plugs supposedly and gave me a $300 bill, car still running terrible, I took my car to ANOTHER shop told them what was wrong according to AutoZone, they DID replace the ignition coil AND THEY also claimed to have put new plugs in and now car runs GREAT, ABC told me they changed the plugs and it didn't help to change the coil what a load of SH!T, I paid $300 TWICE to have the same work done at 2 different shops, one got the job done, ABC did NOT, I will make sure NO ONE I know takes their car to them and get ripped off like I did! read more
