Thank You, Mr. Woods…read more I want to sincerely thank Marty, the owner. His compassion for his clients is unmatched. He is friendly, grateful, respectful, and truly understanding. If you're on a budget, he and his team will do everything they can to work with you -- and that kind of care is rare. Marty's compassion is truly top of the line. I used to come here when my father was alive, back when I was just a teenager. Now, as someone living with Multiple Sclerosis, a spinal injury, cancer, and other rare neurological disorders, I deeply appreciated how he took the time to break everything down in a way I could understand. Thank you, Mr. Woods. You don't know how much it meant to me to talk with you today. You made me feel appreciated, not dismissed -- and that made all the difference. I look forward to meeting you in person soon. With gratitude, Holli Voelker-

I went there to have an unusual noise checked out. I felt that paying him, $90, for his time and effort was a good decision. As it turns out.....NOT a good decision at all! He diagnosed the noise as the flywheel between the engine and transmission needing to be replaced. In addition, he also listed his needed repairs that were unrelated to my concern. They were axles, steering linkage and suspension parts, and an oil change. He gave an estimate of $3,086 for the cited repairs and I just had the oil changed 1 month ago. I was not told that he would be publicizing my vehicle's VIN and the cited repairs online for anyone (including car dealers) with access to Car-fax to see. When you go to trade in your car or truck after Dale Stroebel gives you an estimate, even if he does not do any work on your car, this information will be published! He told me this after the fact, and after I had visited a car dealership. There was no up front disclosure regarding his use of the information that he gleaned by inspecting my car.

Ordered the tires online and those exact ones were put on without any problems. My kid test drove them on a 4.5 hour trip. And they lasted longer than her old Ford. Fast forward to about 5 months ago, I again returned for tires and found out the owner sold the business. He was still employed there, and no doubt the services remained top notch. After they put on my new tires, he was concerned about a noise that he heard and I reassured him that they didn't do anything wrong. The noise was unnoticeable when he pulled it around, but when he brought it back he mentioned it. To me, he was very genuine about it and did not try to make it seem as though he didn't hear it but also didn't want me to think they broke anything. I even switched to the company that they dealt with for credit services and remained pleased with the 6 month same as cash offering that I'd been accustomed to with my other card. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Discount Tires (never again) and tires from Belle Tire (even worse). Totten is my place for these services. Quality and professional service is what makes a great place. I just hope the new owners keep the same standards and staff. They've got some rare ones and I appreciate that. 1 year ago: Installed tires on my kid's car. They were very friendly and made sure we were satisfied. We had confidence in knowing that what we ordered online were exactly the right style, type & fit for the vehicle. My kid is rolling comfortably & I had peace of mind. This business has excellent Customer Service! Unlike my experience with Shelton Automotive, Belle Tire & Discount Tire, where they put low quality tires on my other vehicles, which causes more mechanical wear on the vehicle. Totten is an excellent (former Goodyear authorized) tire installation business. I would definitely recommend this business to all YELPERS!!! Since this review Totten has switched to Bridgestone as their creditor. They're just as friendly & helpful as before.
