One time I needed a radiator replacement not being the reason I took it there. My hoses needed to be replaced going to the radiator I got that replace and they had my car for 3 days and it was first only 500 dollars for new hoses, labor, etc. anyway day 2 of 3 I get a call saying how my radiator needs to be replaced I never hit anything got in a accident or anything. I was driving one day and my car got to 200-210 I shut it off my coolant was very lil to nun. The price went up over 1,000 dollars making it 1600-1700 I talked the person on the phone down to 1500 but when it came time to pay it was weird I payed cash n I swear both employees at the front desk just start laughing as if this is funny I already work hard enough and a college student I felt like this was weird and is just unprofessional. Some people don't have hundreds to thousands to fix their car. I thankfully did with god blessing me to be able to. I just feel like it could have went a better route on the receipt the labor was almost $1000 alone not even parts.

They also didn't update my sticker. I know that seems minor but I like to know when my oil change is due before my truck starts telling me. So now I'm looking for a place that will rotate my tires and do my oil change. I need to be able to trust the person working on my vehicle. I called them and they said that I would have to have it towed back up to them and THEN they would decide whether to cover it under warranty she said they needed to see it first even though I had all the pictures. I asked to talk to the technician who worked on my truck only to be accused on Google reviews of being racist because I happen to want to talk to a man instead of the woman who answered the phone. (It's not racist if I want to talk to the person who worked on my own truck!) I paid more money to fix the damage that couple of car guys did. Then I originally paid couple of car guys. ($3500.00). What would have happened if the front of my drive shaft dropped down like it did but with me being on i-75 going 70 mph? I've seen cars get catapulted from a drive shaft coming loose. Be very weary, this place is going to end up killing somebody with hand tightened bolts on critical pieces of hardware.
