I was called with the grand total and not once was I informed of the fee until arrival. It would of been nice to be given the option to pull cash out so I did not have to suck up that extra cost to use my debit card. Had I known ahead of time, I could of just pulled out the cash. In my opinion, this is very poor business practice. You are given a quote prior to accepting the work. You should be told this information BEFORE accepting the quote. Poor business practice! Needless to say, I will bring my business somewhere else next time.
