I called them and they said that I would have to have it towed back up to them and THEN they would decide whether to cover it under warranty she said they needed to see it first even though I had all the pictures. I asked to talk to the technician who worked on my truck only to be accused on Google reviews of being racist because I happen to want to talk to a man instead of the woman who answered the phone. (It's not racist if I want to talk to the person who worked on my own truck!) I paid more money to fix the damage that couple of car guys did. Then I originally paid couple of car guys. ($3500.00). What would have happened if the front of my drive shaft dropped down like it did but with me being on i-75 going 70 mph? I've seen cars get catapulted from a drive shaft coming loose. Be very weary, this place is going to end up killing somebody with hand tightened bolts on critical pieces of hardware.

Honest, friendly, family run…read more I know some complain when they cannot get in somewhere based on their schedule, and that can be challenging, but to me a place being very busy is a sign of great, honest work, that people trust, and that's what I'm looking for. They stay non-stop busy so it's best to make arrangements to leave the vehicle the night before, or get there when the open at 8AM. If you get there after 9 you'll find that enough people have already showed up to keep them busy all day..that's a sign of great reputation, showing the community trust them. I highly recommend!!!

They don't take appt.'s only walk-in service. I have came here on four or five different visits to get a vehicle or two checked out and they are ALWAYS full! Im thinking ok It's 11am I'll be able to get my vehicle looked at...BUT 'NO WAY' you guessed it they're full for the rest off the day. If you come in for a minor check or something they always say they're full or they have enough cars for the day you'll have to come back another day. The staff is ok BUT don't go out their way in the least to accomodate you or your vehicle needs. Yes they answer your questions very vaguely and quickly BUT seem like they don't want to be bothered. They always say 'come back another day'. So unless your right there at opening time, I suggest spending your valuable time, & money elsewhere based on accountability.
