Well Gerrys is super clean, offers free WiFi, free shuttle service, financing, pop, coffee, water, snacks and has a super nice waiting room with a 4K TV with the remote and leather furniture. Outside the grass and parking lot is perfectly manicured and has comfortable furniture with a table if you want to sit outside. I noted all the first place awards on the wall and would agree and the customer service is just as polite as you would ever want in a business. I thought I was going to have to leave my car in Flint overnight (an hour from home) because I couldn't find anyone to service it that day. He called around to a few places and got me right in to someone a few miles away. The total time from me hitting a pothole to being back on the road with a new tire installation was just over an hour. Excellent service. He also offered to wait with my friend and I to make sure we were taken care of, which was kind and wonderful because we weren't in the safest neighborhood.
