After hearing about bad experiences from friends, I recently had my own. I went to two different places -- one for an oil change and one for a tire rotation -- and both asked who had serviced my car last. The answer was Bell Tire. My oil had been overfilled by 2 quarts, which can cause serious damage. On top of that, my locking lug nuts were tightened so tight that a tire shop couldn't remove them -- I had to go to a mechanic. The mechanic even said an inexperienced person must have been working on my car, and that locking lugs should not be tightened as much as regular ones. What worries me most is that if I had a roadside emergency, I wouldn't have been able to change my own tire. Between my experience and others I've heard about, I no longer recommend this location. Thankfully, Roadrunner Oil Change, Warehouse Tire, and Mo-Tech Automotive fixed the issues, $100 later!

I used to go to Discount Tire when I was a teenager and my mom was always a huge fan. I hadn't…read moreneeded to replace a tire in several years because I lease a new vehicle every few years but I had a flat and made an appointment at this location for the next day. Isaac and his team were very helpful from the start. Isaac inspected my tire and explained that they might be able to patch it but that it could need to be replaced. He noticed my car was relatively new and suggested checking whether I had a warranty that would cover a replacement. I contacted my dealership and I ended up having tire coverage and was able to make a claim. After the team completed their final inspection, they determined that the tire could be patched and did so. I was able to leave without spending a dime! I truly appreciate Isaac's helpfulness and Discount Tire's integrity. I'll continue to use them for my tire needs!

My dad usually deals with my tire problems but he already left for work and the tire light went on…read morefor my back right tire when I got in the car that morning. I took it to Discount Tire because I saw that they did free tire checks. When I got there the signage was a bit confusing but I figured out there's a dedicated lane for tire checks and I pulled into it. Someone came out to help immediately which was nice. Joe took a look at my back tire and saw that there was a screw stuck in it and said that they were able to patch it for free and it would only take a half an hour. While I was waiting I was constantly being updated by Joe and the rest of the super nice staff. Apparently I had 2 screws stuck in the same tire and they were able to patch both of them for me. I was so happy and it really did take less than 30 minutes. They said that they can fix the tire up to 3 times and after that I would need a new one. They are really good with pricing and can match anyone if they have a better price. I didn't know this at all. I was very comfortable there and plan to come back here any time I have another tire problem. This staff goes above and beyond for their customers! Shout-out to Joe for taking care of me
