This location used to be my go-to for tires, tire rotations, and oil changes since I bought my…read moretires from Bell Tire. Unfortunately, not anymore. After hearing about bad experiences from friends, I recently had my own. I went to two different places -- one for an oil change and one for a tire rotation -- and both asked who had serviced my car last. The answer was Bell Tire. My oil had been overfilled by 2 quarts, which can cause serious damage. On top of that, my locking lug nuts were tightened so tight that a tire shop couldn't remove them -- I had to go to a mechanic. The mechanic even said an inexperienced person must have been working on my car, and that locking lugs should not be tightened as much as regular ones. What worries me most is that if I had a roadside emergency, I wouldn't have been able to change my own tire. Between my experience and others I've heard about, I no longer recommend this location. Thankfully, Roadrunner Oil Change, Warehouse Tire, and Mo-Tech Automotive fixed the issues, $100 later!

Well I thought I should get a second opinion and Gerrys said.... Mt frame isn't broken and he most certainly could fix the sway bar. Down the street literally ordered the wrong part three times. Well Gerrys is super clean, offers free WiFi, free shuttle service, financing, pop, coffee, water, snacks and has a super nice waiting room with a 4K TV with the remote and leather furniture. Outside the grass and parking lot is perfectly manicured and has comfortable furniture with a table if you want to sit outside. I noted all the first place awards on the wall and would agree and the customer service is just as polite as you would ever want in a business. I was expecting it to take days to get to it, diagnose, order parts, install, etc. Imagine my surprise when they called me within an hour to explain their diagnosis. The price was very fair so I gave them the go-ahead to replace catalytic converters and O2 sensors. They called me back about an hour later to let me know it was done! On top of that, they didn't throw parts at it and ended up saving me another $500 by testing the O2 sensors and determining they were still fine. This was ~25% of the final bill and they could have easily told me it was needed. I appreciate their quick, accurate, and honest work. I will definitely be back!
