Don't know about their tire service , but so not take your vehicle here for and type of service . They replaced parts that it didn't need , didn't fix the problem we brought it in for , then when we returned , they broke a part and said it was already broken. Pulled in with a leaky bleeder valve , barely dripping, left with paying them just under 400 for a thermostat car didn't need and bleeder valve still leaking but when they looked at it , pulled the hose to hard and cracked the nozzle on the overflow tank and not car is spraying like a garden hose. Wasn't when she pulled in , but after they did it , told her , there's your problem . Liars and theives, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT . read more

Ricks tire and service is absolutely the best! He changed my tire in 20 minutes and then did not charge me as he believed the tire was originally purchased there. The shop is amazing. It is like a museum just to go in and walk around. The lounge area was well stocked with coffee and soft drinks. He even had a variety of chargers for different phones. heI actually got to meet Rick. He put warped rotors on my Car, so when I drove off with it I noticed a vibration when I hit the brakes, I took it back and told Rick about it, he had my car for 3 days, and he couldn't find anything wrong with it making me look like an idiot, I finally took it to a mechanic in Mt Clemans, he drove it for 5 minutes and said you have warped rotors, just what I had expected, I had to ask the mechanic there to call Rick and explain it to him, I then took it back to Rick and he replaced the rotors and guess what no more vibration, but I never got an apology from him, just a disgruntled look, he's supposed to profess Christianity, but his work and how he treated me denies it... read more

I've been coming to Ricks now for about 5 years for EVERY automotive need, be it tires of engine work.. even installation of commercial racks in one of my trucks. The quality of the work I've learned can not be found within a 100 mile radius.. not only that I've overheard employees trying to explain to a customer that they don't need a certain type of mechanic work done even tho the customer thought they did, they said they didn't want to charge for work that wasn't necessary. ( it was about an elderly women) where ALOT of business would have just replaced it and charged the women. This business is ran with integrity. If you meet rick he seem a bit rough around the edges but he's a super nice guy and will always do right by his customers. read more

Rick and his staff are completely awesome. They do the work at a very reasonable rate and it's right almost every time the first time. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS SHOP! I can't tell enough people to never go here. He is NOT honest. They will be nice and helpful at first to get you to come back, then they will mess up something on your car to get you to notice it later and bring it back. My family went here for years before they realized what he was doing. Now every single car that anyone in my family owns and took to him is costing us thousands to repair. Thousands he thought he would get out of us. It got so bad that every time we would bring a car back from getting something simple it would come back and start acting up a few days later. He gave a family friend the wrong tires. They weren't the same ones he paid for, they were cheaper and more used. Incredibly dishonest people here! read more

Within weeks of moving here, I had a radiator hose blow on my car. As I was calling to get my car towed, a Good Samaritan stopped to see if I needed help and I asked for a good, fair mechanic. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!! I have a cadillac cts. The worst thing I've ever done with it is bring it to Ricks wheel and tire. At first he helped me out on a minor problem, after he saw that i started coming back, he would fix one thing and mess up another part so my car kept breaking down! Its a 2010 cadillac cts, it shouldn't be having problems every week. These people are incredibly dishonest and i don't recommend anyone to waste your time and money there. He tells you hes been there for so long and knows all the other mechanics around and blah blah blah he just bullshits you to keep you coming back read more

I don't normally review businesses but thought I needed to regarding my experience here. Brought my car on Saturday morning before they closed for a replacement tire along with some other work. I brought it here to have this other work done since they were offering to replace the tire at cost since I bought all 4 there less than a year before. They didn't get to look at my car until Tuesday afternoon (which they let me know they were backed up) when they said it needed struts (which I figured) and then recommended an alignment. Every time I was on the phone with someone, that person was having another conversation about my vehicle (how much were the new struts, what was the warranty, how much was the alignment, where was the tire). It seemed like they were making up as they went along. I said go ahead to the work and then the excuses came....wrong tire was ordered, then the next day it didn't arrive because the order didn't go through, then the work was done but the alignment guy (at another shop) wasn't available so it was going to 1st thing the next morning. Then he forgot he had a court date and couldn't do it till....well...who knows?! The person said these things were "outside of their control"....really? You farm out work to just one other vendor? Get another vendor, that's in your control. It's now been in the shop for 3 1/2 days with no real clue as to when it's going to be done. The person I spoke with said the owner would call me back and then hung up on me. If you don't mind rude, undefined auto repair service, this is your place. read more

This place is horrible.. I took my jeep to get the radiator flush and they ended up ruining the radiator. Because of their carelessness, the pressure from their system blew my radiator apart at the seams, so not only did I have to pay them for their service but I then had to buy a new radiator.
