Came in before Thanksgiving 2025, they diagnosed that the ticking with my car was right axle needed to be replaced. They gave me a price and I told them I would like to proceed. They indicated they ordered the part should come in within two days, but they will call me once arrive and I would bring in my car early and the service would be completed that day. They never called. I called to follow up on the part was told yes I remember the part still has not come in will follow up. After a month went in to follow up on part which this was in January 2026. Yes, the part is ordered, still have not come in. My right axle ended up totally breaking while driving my family, very disappointing. Went to another shop immediately and they fixed my vehicle within a day and a half with the part being delivered the same day, kept me posted regarding everything. Perfect. Still to this date this shop has not called me about my part the service or anything. Will never take my vehicle or my families vehicles to this facility again for a oil change or any type of service. Very disappointing and unprofessional. read more

They no longer have a mechanic so this is a regular oil change place again. Right next to my favorite Tim Hortons. They was finna charge me $15 to plug a tire. I posted myself fixing my own plug in TikTok and it went viral. A lot of the comments consisted of "they were gunna charge you to just plug your tire?" "I've never heard of that, where I live they'd do it for free." I'd go for a diagnostic, or if for instance my tire was tweaking. Found out what it was and got it done myself. They are friendly and helpful and just doing their job. 3 star because I've had more experience than what was listed from a year ago, but the staff all isn't the same so there isn't a point to say anything else. read more

We came to "Fast Lane Oil Change" and learned about an oil leak. Sam changed our oil really quickly. He filled the transmission fluid, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid because we were low. We were actually going to go buy some steering fluid. He also checked all of our tires for us. He even wiped our windows for us with water because it was covered with muck and snow. Amazing service. The oil change was only $19.98. We decided to tip him $5 because he was really kind. At the serra gmc location on 30 mile they did not fill our steering fluid or anything, which is why we were going to buy some. They took over an hour there and we were not happy with the price change. Sam said we can come anytime to get fluid topped off: transmission, power steering, and oil for free. I started coming here for oil changes but any major work I've needed on all three of my cars they did it for a good price. I've never had any issues with their work - always quality. I went to a Valvoline on 23 mile in New Baltimore last oil change And I regretted it. I felt like I was at a circus act with amateurs and I was way overcharged. I will NEVER come back here again!!!!! They had me being my car up there and it sat from 11am until 4:15p and had the nerve to tell me them didn't have the part to change my brakes!!!! This is not the first time they worked on my brakes so how come they didn't know?!?!? Frank was not customer friendly and told me to come back on Monday. I WILL NOT be returning EVER!!!! I stopped in here for a standard oil change. And while there, I was informed that my radiator was cracked and required replacing. The oil change part went well enough, standard pricing and speed, although they forgot to give me the sticker reminding me when to come in for another oil change. But the much bigger problem came when I asked about getting the radiator repaired. The guy told me it would be $375, and $300 of that was the radiator. He said he was giving me a great deal, but I could call around for comparison prices if I wanted. I passed, and told him to order the part. Good thing I did, because when I got home I did a quick search for a radiator online, and found that I could get one for $120. I called back and told them what I found. He offered to take $100 off the price, but I said I'd take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been going here for awhile. Every time has been very good. The staff knows their trade. All my repairs have been accurate and the price has always been better than fair. I've waited a long time to find a place where I could get an honest repair and the right price. I began to believe I wouldn't see auto mechanics in Heaven because of the dishonesty I've experienced at other places. These guys have changed my mind.
