We have taken vehicles here before and knew Chris well but this is now owned by someone else. I took my vehicle in for some tire/driving issues and was told I needed things I didn't need. First, let me say that the vehicle has less than 40,000 miles and I had taken it in for a front end alignment and to get an estimate on securing a muffler I am having problems with recently. I was told that my tie rods were bad and I needed those too and was quoted 3200. When my husband got home he looked over the estimate and immediately called. The man on the phone was super aggressive insisting we needed tie rods but my hubby knew better, the conversation was like an auction with the guy on the phone lowering the price over and over. Even if we did need all the work the original price was super steep. I think we ended at 1800, but my hubby didn't trust them at all. He picked the vehicle up and we took it elsewhere and it was just an alignment, no tie rods. This man even tried to tell us it was unsafe to drive. the only positive was a clean shop and they were polite, just super pushy about the job. I wish them luck but they need to make some real changes in what honestly and integrity look like. read more

First, I can't say how they are with repairs I will say we called on a Friday after 4 pm and they said we could bring our car up. We did, however, they told my husband $239 just to look at it and any repairs would be in addition... needless to say, we left and went elsewhere. read more

My boyfriend dropped off his car and they ripped him off by telling him it was going to cost $700.00 to replace a battery when they admitted their battery tester was bad after they charged him for services. After my boyfriend picked up his car he went to 3 different auto-parts stores to prove to them the battery was good which it was- after talking to Mike in upper management who promised to give his money back Mike never returned any of his calls. Ripped him off $138.00 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE RIP OFF AVOID AT ALL COST DISHONEST COMPANT CONSUMERS BEWARE. read more

Took my sons car in to get the heat fixed...they did fix it at a reasonable cost. However, Steve that was at the counter was extremely rude. I asked him a simple question and his response was if I was ready to speak to you I would have called you to the counter but I'm not ready. He said that twice to me, so I walked out and he came outside and if you want you can take your vehicle to! So overall because of Steve next time my car or cars needs repairing I will go right down the road to Tri-Action Auto where they treat customers with respect! read more

1st, I was going to keep my comments to myself but after the 3rd email of wanting a review, here it is. I understand that everyone is in business to make money, however over charging for parts and possibly making a mistake and blaming it on someone else is unacceptable. I understand that parts range in price from store to store. The same parts that I could have purchased for $200 you charged $300. I found the part numbers that you put on my vehicle and the regular consumer could have purchased for less. I know as a shop that you are provided a discount so to add even more to the price than what I could have bought it for is in my opinion, shady at the least. 2nd, I was offered additional repairs and service. I declined the offer due to the cost and in these times money is a little tight. Since I didn't accept the additional repairs or services, now all of a sudden I have a stripped bolt that adds an additional charge. To further add insult the markup that was added to this part was approximately 3 times the cost in which I could have purchased. So after 3 emails requesting a review, here it is. I don't mind paying for a service, but like you and others I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or played a fool. I will drive out of my way before using your shop and would NOT recommend your business to others. read more

Took my car in stabilizing sensor wasn't working. They quoted me for 4 hours of labor @$125 an hour. Also quoted part really high. I called dealership and they sent me the timeframe for replacing the wheel bearing which is where the sensor is and it should only take .9 to 1.2 hours to fix. The hourly rate was even higher then the dealership. When I called them back to let them know I would not be getting the work done as it was too much the guy hung up on me. My husband went to puck up the car and get diagnostic but all it said was wheel bearing bad. It didn't say which one. Husband asked the guy which one it was and he was like I don't remember I think it's drivers side front. Well after my husband tore it apart and found out it wasn't that one but the way easier drivers side rear. These guys are ripe off artists. Will be putting a fraud on charge. read more

Awesome group of guys running this place. when you go to a shop you want good service and you dont want to wait around all day and you definetly dont want to feel like you are being taken advantage of......especially when you are a female customer. I feel more cumfortable everytime i go,it almost feels like the guys are working in my back yard..haha. Obviously they are not but thats the feeling you get here the manager is level headed polite and down to earth. Everyone there is a certified mechanic and is quick to jump in if you have any quyestions and answer them in way "I" can understand and that is a task in it self when it comes to car stuff. I guess what i am saying is if you want a good repair shop ran by people you can trust go here. Trust me you will be happy you did. read more
