He proceeded to tell me A WOMAN, that all fluids need a flush front and back. Well when the other guy came for credit card he said $313.. I was shocked, I was so shocked and confused because I was never told prices. I would have never ever spend that much money when I was just getting oil change. My husband was PISSED OFF, he says they totally took advantage of you as a woman and he does not want to ever use this place again! Btw it's unreal how much I paid and the new guy never even mentioned price I was not even going to bring It up to a review But it just ERKS me these men would be clueless to telling me PRICES

After standing at the computer and asking if I wanted the upgraded oil filter I said the regular was fine. Has asked for payment, then brought me the receipt. I looked on the recipient and saw all of these areas marked as "checked" but he had done none of them. Tire pressure, air filer, washer fluid, brake fluid etc. checked nothing. I questioned him and he immediately got an attitude and said "oh you want me to check them? Fine." I said I want you to check the the things you marked "checked". The j said "Never mind just give me out of here". He proceeded to raise the door and call me a "Mother****ing piece of S***". I got out of my car and asked him what he just said and he came up to ten, nose to nose and said "I didn't call you anything, get out of here, and told me to F Off. I returned the F You and warned the car next to me that they don't check anything and I left. I am still shocked at the lack of professionalism of actual work. And for the record I have been going here for over 11 years and NEVER had a problem with anyone else. Just this guy. Actually enjoyed the interactions with the other people there. The shop saved my car! I have an oldie, but a goodie Mits Spyder. We took it to a local shop in Ann…read moreArbor and spent over $2200 getting spark plugs changed, and a timing belt, which didn't fix the problem. Next diagnosis was a head gasket repair with over $100. per. bolt quoted to us by this Ann Arbor shop. (Need 10) and a $3400 price tag quoted for repair. WHO CARES if ANY shop guarantees their parts if the parts are part of overpricing repairs, as well as misdiagnosis. The car was listed FOR SALE because of such a high repair price tag. We did research for a second opinion. We found Datsun Doctor thru referral (7 phone calls to local shops) & paid to have it towed. Their repair was under $1K and they redid the work of the other shop. No head gasket repair needed. It does NOT overheat. The local shop also used aftermarket cheaper parts and charged more than for them than OEM parts. They claimed the timing belt was OEM. It was not. Buyer beware! Datsun saved the day and knew my car and what was wrong, for real. We've driven it for over 2 hours and it is once again running well. Well worth investing your trust in this shop. If you're looking for a fast, honest, no-BS oil change, stop scrolling and come here…read more Jimmy gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had--period. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and it was $60, and he even topped off my windshield washer fluid for free. No attitude. No weird pressure. No "let me find 12 problems with your car." Just straight-up professionalism. Here's the part that blew my mind: I pulled up and there were two cars in front of me... and I was literally getting my oil changed within about 15 minutes. I didn't even know that was possible. It's a two-man crew and the way they move is honestly unreal--efficient, calm, and locked in. What I respect most: Jimmy wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me. He even made sure my tire pressure was balanced/even, just because he actually cares. That combination--speed + fairness + friendliness--is rare in car service. I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is a gem. If you want a quick oil change, full synthetic, affordable pricing, and honest service, this is the spot. I'm coming back every time.
