So I called a few shops around the area and only this location confirmed that they have the availability to get my car in right away. Other shops wanted me to leave the car there so they can look into it the next day. 1.5 hour later these guys called back and informed me on what's wrong with my suspension mount and asked for my approval on repairs. Another hour or so later they were done with the car and left a voicemail for pickup. The price for the repair was reasonable. Most importantly, they were able to get everything done in a few hours and got me back on the road!

He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop.
