Great place to get an oil change. Got my oil and transmission fluid changed here and they did it in under 30 minutes. The place is really clean and the waiting room is very cool lots of small automotive decorations sprinkled throughout the room. Plus complimentary snacks, and drinks. You can tell this place really cares about what they do. read more

My car alerted me to needing an oil change and I had a Christmas Card coupon I kept from LTM Quick Lube. It was a Thursday afternoon and I pulled right up to see if they could take me and they were ready to go! They gave me a full service and what was only going to be an oil change also turned into an air filter replacement. They showed me mine and what a new one looks like to give me an idea of what it should look like. Happy to have been taken care of so quickly and they always do a great job! read more

Full service. Apparently doesn't cover the cost of new oil or oil filter. What started out as a oil change for $49.95 for a four cylinder vehicle ended with a total of $72.00 No, I will not use this auto service again. read more

I miss this place. I used to come here on a regular basis back when I lived near this location and they were always friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. It's definitely one of the best oil change/auto service facilities in Michigan based on the great price, value and service, so I would recommend it to anyone. read more

I have been going here for a number of years but on my most recent visit was surprised no one was wearing a mask. In addition the assistant was very rude and made it a point to give me a hard time for wearing one. She consistently reached in my car and touched things that weren't necessary and like nothing I have experienced in previous visits. I had my oil changed here and they were super fast and very friendly. I was able to stay in my car while they changed the oil, which is nice if you have children. The price was comparable to other oil and lube places, however they were much faster. There wasn't a wait, a spot opened up right as I was pulling in and I would say I was done in under 15 mins and they were through. read more

We came into town for family issues. Needed an oil change. Sister said she took her cars here. So we stopped after 5 on a very hot Friday just before closing. The employees were friendly and courteous, even providing unlimited cold bottles of water. When we were done and ready to leave the car wouldn't start. They stayed with us trying to figure out what was the issue. They even went and bought batteries for our key fabs. They researched issues and tried all kinds of checks. Ultimately it turned out to be the security immobilizer. These guys go the distance for you, after hours in the heat. No towing, no extra costs. They are worth the oil change. read more

Took my vehicle here for a routine oil change. Next time it needs to be changed the drain plug was put in so tight had to be heat up to be taken off. This place is worthless. Never coming back......Even a yard mechanic knows you never put a plug in that tight...... read more

Meet the Manager: Joe R.

The manager Joe started out on day 1 as a Lube tech working in High school as a part time job. Joe then graduated and had obtained a few Mechanic certifications as well as developing his strong role as a team leader. LTM made Joe a manager in 2002 and he has sustained a great reputation since.

Another hour or so later they were done with the car and left a voicemail for pickup. The price for the repair was reasonable. Most importantly, they were able to get everything done in a few hours and got me back on the road!
