I would not recommend going to this place. They have absolutely horrible service here. They were talking and ignoring me for about 10 minutes but I had to make a call. The service guy came out and informed me that it would be 2/3 minutes wait and also asked me to move my car so that his coworker could leave. I waited approximately 30 minutes then left. These people are rude and unprofessional. Please do not take your car to this place. They do not deserve your business. When I informed the guy of my experience he apologized and offered me $10 off and explained that he had forgotten that I was out there waiting in the cold. I hope karma for all of them. read more

I made the mistake of taking my car here to have my air conditioning looked at and was told Roger was a certified auto mechanic. My air is still not working and he has not taken responsibility for fixing it. He painted the hose and tried to say it was new. This establishment is unethical and Roger fixing air conditioning on cars is illegal since he is not qualified to do so. When I asked for his license he said it was at home, he doesn't carry it with him. I'm out $500 dollars and the air still is not working. The owner won't return our repeated calls. Completely underwhelmed. They advertise $17.99 oil change large and proud out front with no small print. I pull inside and park, and they tell me it's either $24.99 or $39.99. I asked for the special and they said it's only for 10W30. Seriously? Not only is it not posted anywhere inside or outside, but 10W30 isn't even that common anymore. Of course they wanted to change my air filter and wiper blades, even though they had been recently changed by me personally. That's typical at this type of place though - always suggesting things that are easy for them to do but bring your total up. I've saved the worst for last... the place reeked or smoke! Someone was either smoking underneath my car while working, or had finished smoking right before I arrived. This place is a total scam. They are advertising themselves as a Valvoline franchise but they are completely independent. The employees there are total con artists trying to sell you on things you don't need. The worst part was the owner was walking around the garage smoking a cigarette which is not only extremely dangerous and illegal but we had already asked him once to stop because the smoke was coming in our car and we have asthma and then he proceeded shortly thereafter to light up another. i would not recommend nobody to take their car to this place. i wanted my oil level checked in my rear end of my 2016 chrysler 300s. and was told it was very bad with white shavings mixed in the oil of the rear end. i asked how much to change the oil? and was told $460 something. but get this, the dealership charges $200. this oil changing place is a rip off. i guess the rims and cleanliness of the car sent out money signals to them or something! take your car there at your own risk! read more

I went to this place because I had a rebate coming from Valvoline. I was told there was an oil leak from the gasket at the oil pan. First I was quoted $300, then $250, then again $200. I felt uncomfortable and declined the work. I went to my trusted mechanic to learn there is no such leak. Oil was poured on it to appear that way. I was charged more than the sign out front read and they are not a valvoline dealer so no rebate from my purchase. They will not see me again. read more

Friendly service and seemingly knowledgeable staff. However, after getting up the highway not even ten miles, my 2011 Taurus is billowing smoke and reeking of burning oil. When I opened the hood, oil was everywhere and had gushed out nearly every drop of the 5 quarts that were in it. My entire undercarriage looks as if I drove through and oil slick and my once clean engine compartment is now dripping with oil. The oil filter had not been tightened enough and sprays oil everywhere. I will be back today to discuss and have this situation rectified. read more

Just like Zaria T said, this place prays on those who are young and don't know better. Our 16 year old went in to get his oil changed for the first time. We advised him to only get the $16 oil change. They insisted he couldn't get the oil change without flushing the engine and cooling system. They kept at him and then said he owed $150. He didn't have the money to cover the bill so he called us. When we arrived (very upset) the owner said they did the service so he owed, even though our son repeatedly tried to refuse the extra services. Then he threatened to keep his car. This is place is okay. I've been here three times so far to change my oil and each time I go in they keep coming at me with a "deal" on everything. I know that Im young and that I don't know much when it comes to car but I know when you try to tell me something technical about my car and there's a special deal to it. The last time I was there they told me my air filter should be change, because I remember the second time I went in they said the same thing and I just didn't want to hear it again so that was like 60 bucks. Another about my transition oils, and what nots. I said no to all but to the oil and air filter because I didn't want to come out paying like $500 plus dollars when I only came in for one thing the oils change.
