I followed up with the insurance company and was told that they had already issued out payment and responded to their request. I called the shop multiple times to follow up with the the status of my car and was told EVERY time I called that it would be "mid week next week" my car would be ready. I called on August 15th and was told again that it would be another week. I requested for my car to be moved to another place but unfortunately it was too late so I am being forced to wait for this company to fix my car. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even looked at my car for an estimate. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! It's tons of car just sitting in the lot waiting to be serviced. If you are looking for fast quality work this is not the place for you!

My reason for the 2 star review is due to an AC issue with my vehicle. I brought it in at the end of June because there was no AC - it was leaking somewhere. I let them know when I recharge it myself it will last for 2 to 3 weeks, then it blows warm air again. They inform me the wrong Freon was put in the system (I put the correct one in, but I am guessing the person before us did not as it was purchased in January of this year). I go ahead and pay the $500 to have it drained, recharged and pressure tested - no leaks or issues found - good to go. Until this past weekend. The AC went out again (less than 3 weeks after it was filled). I take it back in and let them know it's blowing warm air again. They take a look at it and they say it's low on Freon and it would be another $480 to refill it for them to pressure test it and find the issue -- even though we just did that at the end of June.
