I got a lightly used tire for my 2013 Ford Escape (haven't had time to bring in for my insurance claim) for $65. Discount Tire wanted double, don't get me wrong, they are nice at D.T. as well, but I got two tires for the price of one there. I am always in and out of there within 20-30 minutes tops. They hustle and get it done. I have never waited over 30 minutes. Can you say you have ever been to a tire or car place and been in and out in less than 20 minutes? I sure havent... Thanks guys! Took the car home and found out there were scratches that were not there when I drove it in. I was able to watch my vehicle be worked on through the window. The young gentleman got the lock lugnut stuck in his impact socket and threw the socket on the floor in anger. It appeared he was rushing and had somewhere to be. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. I worked on my brakes about a week or so later and when I had one of my wheels off I heard something rolling around inside the tire. I took it back to the discount tire to have them look at it. I waited about 2 hours for them to finally get my vehicle in, and finally they tell me it just needed to be balanced again and it was fixed. I asked if they figured out what was rolling round inside the tire and was told that they didn't notice anything wrong. Okay fine with me if you say so... The following day, as I was driving, my TPMs sensor light turned on my dash, i figured it has to be that one wheel so I took my tire off and sure enough! It's still in there! I go back to the location and wait another 2 hours and they finally admit it was a TPMs sensor. Nice, they do it for free, everything is good, right? No!!! I then noticed the SAME wheel they did the wheel weights are missing! And on top of that it looks like they aggressively used a wire brush wheel on my wheel and left deep scratches. Seriously, don't come here. Go to a different location, this place doesn't deserve more business for the quality it serves.

I'm a little defunct when it comes to taking care of a car. It probably stems back to the time a routine oil change turned into pretend-to-grab-that-girl's-ass-and-hope-she-doesn't-see-everything-you're-doing-in-the-car-door's-reflection. Also, one time they forgot to bolt the undercarriage of my car back on and half the protective plate fell out on the freeway. I vowed to trust no more car people. So when my husband informed me we had a flat tire, and needed to find a place to replace it, I just kinda sat there. "Look online" he said. I typed. "What am I looking for?" I said. "Tires" he said. I typed "TIRED." He took the computer. Though I was convinced we were setting ourselves up to be swindled and cheated, I went to Belle Tire. When my husband asked the guy behind the counter for new tires, the suspiciously friendly-looking mechanic came out to take a look. Smiling, he said, "Let's see if we can save you guys some money today." After 2 cups of free coffee (yay!) and 20-30 mins waiting, we saw our guy round the corner. "You had three nails in your tire so we were able to fix it." Relieved, we approached the counter to pay. "Oh, no charge." Let me emphasize, this was our first time here. We were not repeat customers, we've never been in their system before, not in any state. This smiling man behind the counter just made our day. Even if it's an easy fix, our tire still cost him 30 minutes of labor, product and coffee; we drove away scot-free. Definitely glad to give Belle Tire a chance to change my mind about the industry.
