I felt totally comfortable and assured it would be fixed correctly and at a fair price. It was and at a very fair price! Well, Jay delivered. In fact, he went above and beyond the norm lately for most auto repair shops. He checked the tire pressure, the fluids, topping them all off. Plus, with our pathfinder almost twenty years old. He did a full inspection of the undercarriage, suspension, and brakes. No additional charges. When I drove out, I KNEW my car was fixed correctly and safe. But as it turns out the work performed really improved the performance of my car. The one struct was replaced and now my car sits up much higher than before. Also, the brakes were done and now I can stop on a dime. My only complaint and it's not really a complaint but I would like for someone from the shop to give the customer a daily status update. Also the deception and lying became the normal standard operating procedure from the same manager (who is gravitationally challanged). Its like dealing with a slimly used car sales man. So I paid nearly $7000 to have half the components on my engine that they SWAPPED OVER from the last engine, go out. in the pictures your looking at my receipt for the engine shop, some of the half butt work they've done, breaking multiple clips and just zip tie them to the engine which ended up causing a misfire because the ignition coil was fkn zip tied down. AND a picture of my engine now that i have to replace HALF OF IT AT 70k MILES. ABSOLUTE BUMS

Pulled in with a leaky bleeder valve , barely dripping, left with paying them just under 400 for a thermostat car didn't need and bleeder valve still leaking but when they looked at it , pulled the hose to hard and cracked the nozzle on the overflow tank and not car is spraying like a garden hose. Wasn't when she pulled in , but after they did it , told her , there's your problem . Liars and theives, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT .
