I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.

My car started acting horrible on me today and I called them and Adam (very nice) told me to go ahead and bring it in. Once my car was there, they verified the issue and called me and gave me a price. They were fast and efficient. Car was dropped off at 12 and ready before closing. So they don't sit on your car all day like others. Get you in and out on the road again safely. They went ahead and fixed what was wrong and also checked other things on my car. Gave me a really reasonable quote for suspension and tires. They were even patient with me while our credit card kept acting up (kept suspecting it as fraud). They didn't judge me, rush me or make me feel uncomfortable about something you can't control from the credit card companies.
