I never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any communication after my payment was processed. I called and spoke with someone named Mike on June 26, and he assured me the wheel would be shipped the next day. I gave it another week, but nothing arrived. Since then, I've tried calling multiple times, but now no one answers or returns my calls. As of today, July 3, 2025, I still have no wheel, no refund, and no response. I paid for a product in good faith, and the complete lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I'm now exploring options to report this as fraud to my bank and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer protection agencies.

I want all the money I was scammed for back. You can't charge a diagnostic fee and not fully diagnose the car. Then up the price when they bring it back not fixed. I wanted to know the full cost to know if it was worth fixing not to be nickel and dimed every month for more repairs Not only do they accidentally forget to put on parts to your car. Yes I have proof and witness. In my opinion they practice bad business and scam people on their diagnostics. I asked for full diagnostics and cost up front in writing to know if my car was worth the repairs IN WRITING. They only diagnosed part of the issues. $469 wasn't too bad, until two days later when that cost jumped to $2269. I wouldn't have proceeded with the repairs had they not scammed me. Even the second time he tried to not tell me the full cost of the repair. He even tried to leave off certain costs like the cost of the sway bar links. I had to specifically ask for the full cost, and he had to put me on hold to add it up. I will be reporting them to the bbb and the ftc for fraudulent business practices. I have a recording of the conversation where they admitted to not putting the part back on my car. He knew I wouldn't want to proceed with the whole repair so he lied to me to steal my money. Now I paid $500 and still need a new car. I came to pick up my keys and they're not even here the guy stole them, and was holding them hostage to try to get me to take down my review he did end up giving me my keys. But now is harassing me in text to take down the review. In my opinion they are bullies and need to go to jail for harassing customers, and in my opinion purposely misleading them.
