I placed an order for a 2018 Honda Accord wheel on June 12, 2025, through this company's website…read more At the time of purchase, the site stated the item would ship by June 25, 2025. I never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any communication after my payment was processed. I called and spoke with someone named Mike on June 26, and he assured me the wheel would be shipped the next day. I gave it another week, but nothing arrived. Since then, I've tried calling multiple times, but now no one answers or returns my calls. As of today, July 3, 2025, I still have no wheel, no refund, and no response. I paid for a product in good faith, and the complete lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. I'm now exploring options to report this as fraud to my bank and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant consumer protection agencies.

They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common. I'm sure they can help you with everything you need, but knowing that they'll do what they can, even when they're not going to make a dime doing it??? This is what customer service looks like. This is what business should look like. Guys! I appreciate you. Thank you so much for all your help.

I took it to Discount Tire because I saw that they did free tire checks. When I got there the signage was a bit confusing but I figured out there's a dedicated lane for tire checks and I pulled into it. Someone came out to help immediately which was nice. Joe took a look at my back tire and saw that there was a screw stuck in it and said that they were able to patch it for free and it would only take a half an hour. While I was waiting I was constantly being updated by Joe and the rest of the super nice staff. Apparently I had 2 screws stuck in the same tire and they were able to patch both of them for me. I was so happy and it really did take less than 30 minutes. They said that they can fix the tire up to 3 times and after that I would need a new one. They are really good with pricing and can match anyone if they have a better price. I didn't know this at all. I was very comfortable there and plan to come back here any time I have another tire problem. This staff goes above and beyond for their customers! Shout-out to Joe for taking care of me

The reason they have good reviews is when someone tries to hold them accountable for their fraud they offer to pay them off after scamming them. They offered me $250 back to take down this review. I hope this helps someone from being scammed by this place I didn't take the money. then He sent me harassing text messages threatening legal action for me sharing my experience. I want all the money I was scammed for back. You can't charge a diagnostic fee and not fully diagnose the car. Then up the price when they bring it back not fixed. I wanted to know the full cost to know if it was worth fixing not to be nickel and dimed every month for more repairs Not only do they accidentally forget to put on parts to your car. Yes I have proof and witness. In my opinion they practice bad business and scam people on their diagnostics. I asked for full diagnostics and cost up front in writing to know if my car was worth the repairs IN WRITING. They only diagnosed part of the issues. $469 wasn't too bad, until two days later when that cost jumped to $2269. I wouldn't have proceeded with the repairs had they not scammed me. Even the second time he tried to not tell me the full cost of the repair. He even tried to leave off certain costs like the cost of the sway bar links. I had to specifically ask for the full cost, and he had to put me on hold to add it up. I will be reporting them to the bbb and the ftc for fraudulent business practices. I have a recording of the conversation where they admitted to not putting the part back on my car. He knew I wouldn't want to proceed with the whole repair so he lied to me to steal my money. Now I paid $500 and still need a new car. I came to pick up my keys and they're not even here the guy stole them, and was holding them hostage to try to get me to take down my review he did end up giving me my keys. But now is harassing me in text to take down the review. In my opinion they are bullies and need to go to jail for harassing customers, and in my opinion purposely misleading them.
