In June we purchased 3 camper tires from here. 1 week after purchase we left to go camping. We…read morestarted out and the camper just didn't feel like it was towing properly, so we stopped at the B.P. Station on Mt.Morris Rd to check the air pressures. The tires were registering 22.5 psi. And clearly on the tires it is supposed to be 47 psi. Clearly this was a very dangerous situation that could have resulted in damage to the camper or a huge accident. Luckily we stopped when we did! The situation was made more complicated when we started putting air in the tire. The valve stem shredded and the tire went flat. Roadside service changed and aired the other one too. Upon returning home I took the tire back in and spoke with the manager or asst. manager. This guy was a joke! Apparently the tire wasn't even for a camper! He then tried to say we didn't say it was for a camper. I told him it was discussed and it took over 4 hours to get the tires done, because they had a employee who jumped in front of all the customers and got her car worked on. Well he then tried to poo-poo the fact that they only had 22.5 psi. Tried to convince us that the tires must've lost air (in a week!?!) and that they were not for a camper (sooo even for a car they weren't the right psi). He ordered 3 camper tires and is going to exchange them. And because they are back on the camper, they are going to switch them off there. He made sure to say a few times that this was going to be no charge.(I would certainly hope not after risking my family's life!!!) We will never use this auto center again and We will never recommend them!!!

Robert the tow truck driver argued with my husband and said that he hated his job and left us stranded at 11:30 at night. Well Gerrys is super clean, offers free WiFi, free shuttle service, financing, pop, coffee, water, snacks and has a super nice waiting room with a 4K TV with the remote and leather furniture. Outside the grass and parking lot is perfectly manicured and has comfortable furniture with a table if you want to sit outside. I noted all the first place awards on the wall and would agree and the customer service is just as polite as you would ever want in a business. Definitely glad I discovered him and my family has a new mechanic now.

Looked at their paperwork and it said "other work is to be expected" and they did not mention that to me whatsoever in the shop. Charged me $500 to replace a part that wasn't bad and didn't even diagnose the true issue. Won't be returning.
