We discovered Monro in Clio was open till 7. We made it over there and the tech immediately got to work. They fixed the tire without a charge. We are so thankful for their help. The doors, handle, and sill, as well as the hood, had handprints and smears, the seat had a smear, the dash had several fingerprints, and the steering wheel had many oily greasy marks. Upon cleaning the grease from the door sill I found several small scratches in both the plate and the paint. None of the damage is worth repairing, even though it is a very new vehicle, but none of it should have occurred. Congratulate your "technician" for putting the first scratches in my car for me, I'd do it myself but I'm never going to Clio Muffler Man again.

Big mistake. 1st, I was told they couldn't put on my 2 new tires because they didn't match the old tires. I wanted both back tires replaced, so as long as they're the same size, that had no bearing on the existing front tires. She said they still wouldn't do it. I said I could have the 2 front tires there by the time they were ready to do the work, because I had all 4 bought new, the same size. She walked away & went to talk to the 2 mechanics that were DOING NOTHING. They lied and said that my tires didn't match the door placard in my van. When I got in my van, I checked, and they were the right size. I went back in, and before I said anything because I was waiting behind another customer, the girl called the Mgr & said that I treated them badly. Without even talking to me 1st, the Manager told me I could take my car to another Walmart. "You can go to Burton" were his exact words. When I asked the him what I said, he could not tell me. Apparently employees can treat customers badly and they're not to supposed to respond in kind. So, now I'll be shopping at another Walmart for EVERYTHING, all because of a horrible Auto Care Ctr manager.

Loved coming here till I got the total on an oil change done for my 12 Dodge Grand Caravan. It…read moretotaled out to $61.99 for an oil change cause they use AC Delco "dexos oil". This is almost double to what I paid before and no communication that their prices went up or they're using dexos oil before they performed the oil change, especially after the fact we called in ahead making an appointment. I've worked in auto service for 12 years and never thought I'd see the day when basic oil changes cost $61.99 out the door and using basic synthetic oil too.
