Ordered the tires online and those exact ones were put on without any problems. My kid test drove them on a 4.5 hour trip. And they lasted longer than her old Ford. Fast forward to about 5 months ago, I again returned for tires and found out the owner sold the business. He was still employed there, and no doubt the services remained top notch. After they put on my new tires, he was concerned about a noise that he heard and I reassured him that they didn't do anything wrong. The noise was unnoticeable when he pulled it around, but when he brought it back he mentioned it. To me, he was very genuine about it and did not try to make it seem as though he didn't hear it but also didn't want me to think they broke anything. I even switched to the company that they dealt with for credit services and remained pleased with the 6 month same as cash offering that I'd been accustomed to with my other card. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Discount Tires (never again) and tires from Belle Tire (even worse). Totten is my place for these services. Quality and professional service is what makes a great place. I just hope the new owners keep the same standards and staff. They've got some rare ones and I appreciate that. 1 year ago: Installed tires on my kid's car. They were very friendly and made sure we were satisfied. We had confidence in knowing that what we ordered online were exactly the right style, type & fit for the vehicle. My kid is rolling comfortably & I had peace of mind. This business has excellent Customer Service! Unlike my experience with Shelton Automotive, Belle Tire & Discount Tire, where they put low quality tires on my other vehicles, which causes more mechanical wear on the vehicle. Totten is an excellent (former Goodyear authorized) tire installation business. I would definitely recommend this business to all YELPERS!!! Since this review Totten has switched to Bridgestone as their creditor. They're just as friendly & helpful as before.

Paul showed such care in making sure he checked over my car well, he reset the tire pressure everywhere (including the spare!), watched him check a number of things in the engine, and even cleaned my windshield off while Jose completed everything under the car. This is what good service looks like and I hope more and more people come here and give them the business they deserve instead of these other crappy shops up and down Lapeer.
